Beautiful!! A soothing place in a green setting, with an incredible pool. Quietly located, 10 minutes from the Crab Market. The garden is very beautiful, with a beautiful variety of fruit trees. We were even able to observe macaques in the morning that come to eat mangoes! The whole family loved it! The lady who takes care of the kitchen and maintenance is adorable. Lionel is a nice manager, who gave us very good advice during our stay. We absolutely recommend it!

What a great stay!! Lovely pool, and location. (Walking distance to beaches). Very good room cleaning every day! The staff is great and helpful. They can arrange or advice all you want from scooters, transport etc. We came for 2 nights and we stayed 4 because it will be hard to find this level on KoRong.

We had a fantastic 3-day weekend staying at Villa Calao with our group of 7 friends. The place was spacious, clean, stunning and in a very beautiful and peaceful environment. The bedrooms were comfortable, and the common area around the beautiful and big swimming pool were great for hanging out together. The location is perfect, quiet and peaceful, yet 10 mins away from Kep center. Our host was very nice and responsive. Highly recommend for a group stay (friends or family)! Would definitely book again!

This is a wonderful place to stay for some much needed peace and enjoying nature in the Cambodian countryside. The house is modern and beautiful. Great pool that my family loved swimming in. Well equipped and comfortable home with lots of space.

Honestly the place is magical. Sooooo cosy and so beautiful the outside garden is just straight out of fairytale. Love it would definitely come back.

Villa Ananda was an absolute dream. Every detail of this stunning home is beautifully thought out—from the elegant decor to the serene atmosphere, making it the perfect escape. The villa was spotless, incredibly comfortable, and filled with charm. The pool and surrounding spaces were pure bliss, offering a tranquil place to unwind and soak in the beauty of Kep. What truly made our stay exceptional was the warm hospitality of Sokhim and his wonderful wife. They were incredibly attentive, always ready to help with anything we needed. Sokhim went above and beyond, arranging an amazing tour for us and coordinating TukTuk transportation throughout our stay, making everything seamless. From the moment we arrived, we felt completely at home. This is a place I will absolutely return to, and I can’t recommend it highly enough.
