good house. only bad thing is entrance road too narrow and less place to park car. if you come with 2 cars, then problem parking. other than that everything is perfects.

This place was a good stay for us as we traveled to Pulau perhentian and the distance is very near from Kuala Besut. Host is responsive and the place is neat and clean. The space inside room is okay.

Ricky and his team did a very good job, Easy explanation, The apartment is 3 bedroom, just next to Kelantan river, just next tu IBIS Hotel, parking is 2nd floor and convenient, next to the lift. Pool required proper swimming attire. Netflix and PS 4 is working fine, got a few games with cd. Will be again at this place

At first I didn't expect the place to be above shoplot and I was expecting it was a landed house. However the house was spotless clean and the host is very responsive. During our 8 nights stay the wind and rain was crazy hence the house was flooded with lots of water coming in. What impressed me is the host never avoid taking full responsibilities and keep apologizing to us and even wanted to treat us dinner and accommodate us to another Airbnb at their own costs. Things happened but I love the way they handle things. But I'll need to say that we're staying at 1st floor of shoplot instead of the landed house. The house is superbly clean and great location. Very convenient to travel around. We're concerned on the safety of the unit but turns out it was pretty ok because the host purposely switch on lights so that it's not dark. And Dobi & 7-11 is beneath the Airbnb so very convenient. Anything happened also got Clinic below your Airbnb

A very comfy house to stay. Clean comfortable n very cozy. Feel like staying at yout own house. Host very friendly. Worth to stay here. Location is near to the town.

Very clean & spacious house. Complete with all the amenities. Easy to check in & check out. Thank you for the goodies. Would stay here again if come back to Kota Bharu.

Clean and comfy.

We are 2 adults with 3 kids. Stayed 3-nights at the place The apartment have all the comforts of home. It's clean , airy, with all the amenities of complete kitchen facilities and internet. Though we had problem with the internet on the 2nd day, the matter was rectified with quick response from the technical staff. We had a great stay. All in all I highly recommend the place to folks who are looking . A definite come back for us. Thank you.
