Vacation rentals in Keene

Our stay at Robert’s place was very nice. It’s not too far from many of the activities we wanted to do in Fort Worth but it was also great to escape to a location with a beautiful view of the lake, a bit of space, and awesome view of the stars at night. My wife and I enjoyed our long weekend here.

We have stayed at multiple locations for this host and will continue to do so. She is so friendly & responsive I feel like she treats us extra special (although I'm sure she's such a great host she makes EVERYONE feel this way). This location was perfect for is for the OU/TX game weekend, and it walkable to multiple restaurants and the fairgrounds. This location was very spaciuos, great amenities, and decorated really well. Definitely recommend!

From the first conversation, Connor was very helpful and answered all of our questions. We had a seamless check in and an incredible stay. The fenced in yard was perfect for our fur kids and the pool is as amazing as the pictures look. I chose to bring my family out for a week while I did some training in FT Worth and they both loved it as well. Beds were extremely comfortable, and all of the amenities were top notch. Lockwood’s Distillery is right down the street and they had some great food choices and drinks if you want a place in walking distance.

Search incredible place to get away and Lone Star Cabin should definitely be the top return. Quiet, comfortable and close to anything you may want to do in town. Personally I’d forget the town and just camp on the deck especially for sunsets over the water. Lone Star really is an incredible place to either just get away or as a place to crash after a day of hanging out on the square. The kitchen is stocked and more than adequate. The beds are extremely comfy, the bathrooms are squeaky clean, WiFi works great and the quiet relaxing space all combined for a great stay.

First, let me say, I don't feel the pictures do this little cabin justice! You can see it's cute and well-appointed, but it definitely felt bigger on the inside than we anticipated! It smelled so clean and new when we got in late on Friday night. The air conditioners kept the place cool (too cool for me, but the rest of my little family is hot-natured so I just grabbed one of the blankets provided). Comfy beds and pillows. Everything nicely labeled and kitchen stocked to cook our own meals. The neighborhood was quiet and GPS took us right to the front door of the cabin. Close enough to do things in Granbury as well. Would highly recommend this place. Michelle and Sam were quick with responses like when we struggled to lock the front door (that was our issue, not a lock issue, haha) and when I had a question about something in the home. Thankful for hosts who make it a priority to answer as quickly as they can. Thanks for an awesome stay! Can't say enough good things!

We really enjoyed our stay! Very cozy cottage and close to the town square! Plenty of options for restaurants and shopping!

It was so much more than I anticipated. Beautiful property, lovely animals, and friendly personnel. The homemade cookies were the cherry on top. I will come back, only next time I will bring my grandkids.

Nice clean home. Close enough to AT&T Stadium for our stay.
