I made an extended stop in Jakarta on the way to Balí based on a friend’s recommendation to stay with Sita and I couldn’t have been more pleased with my choice! Sita was very accommodating of my needs and my schedule and was incredibly helpful in navigating the city and suggesting activities for us to do. She even gave us a lift to the train to start our adventures. She manicured her tips based on my interests and it felt like a very unique experience. The AirBNB itself is so cute and comfortable, I truly wish we were able to stay longer. Cannot recommend Nilaya enough to anyone visiting Jakarta! You must meet Sita, she is seriously the best!! My friends and I had a magnificent time here! It looks exactly like the photos, everything is clean and well-maintained (including the books and the board games), and the wifi is stable. The guesthouse is also strategically located near the main road while still being peaceful. Many thanks to Pak Pikar and Bu Uci for the amazing experience! Pak Pikar has been immensely friendly and helpful during our stay as a bunch of shy introverts ;; Can't recommend this place enough, you won't regret it! 😊

The room was clean and tidy, I had a comfortable bed and the clothes are washed quickly and clean. I can only recommend it.

Such a homey places with very helpful owner. Although it needed small redecoration but it doesn't bother me at all! I have a deep sleep during my rest between the hustle I have. Over all, worth to be one of your destination to stay!

Great place for transit. She provides shampoo and soap, also blanket.. feels like home.. no need to worry for seeking food, because she also provide restaurant, and nearby food place.. very recommended 👍🏻

Initially skeptical because of thebudget and location in the alley. But when you've come and see this is really worth it with the facilities offered. Super complete equipment and furniture even to the rare things in other rentals. A few things you may need include: queen bed mattress, netflix, air conditioning + fan, closet & hangers, work desk + chair (get a nice gaming chair with a leg rest), hot water, laundry bag, facial tissue + toilet paper, dipung, toilet seat, sink, trash can, skewers, towels, and drinking water. It's good to have a plug next to the bed. Even though towels and drinks are only one, but over all is okay. The location is in an alley that is enough for a car if someone is bringing it. The guardian is nice and very friendly. The disadvantages had at most little stains on the towels. Plus this is sharia so you can't be free to bring friends who aren't muhrim. The rest is very satisfied if you go to jakarta you will stay here again 😀
