Vacation rentals with a patio in Kazbegi Municipality

Nino was a great host. Very responsive and proactive. If there where problems she was there to fix that. Apartament was clean and very cosy. And what is very important with nice comfortable bed. We sleep very well. No noice at all. When you get out from ski depot its like 2 minutes walk to ski lift and its a flat walk. It was very comfortable. You can leave your equipment in ski depot and take it dri next day. We also use parking as where traveling with car. overall not the best parking but just enough to leave car safe and relatively warm place. There are lot of good restaurants and bars nearby. Nadiani was absolut the best. I recommend this host and this apartment.

The apartment was lovely. Amazing atmosphere, good wifi, very spacious and especially having the washing machine is amazing to be able to wash clothes after skiing. Nice sharp knives to cook with. This apartment has everything you could need for a home away from home.

The location and size of the apartment was absolutely amazing! Perfect place to rent from while skiing at Gudauri. The host was super quick to respond and always provided a solution when needed.

Cozy. Stylish apartment by comparison to many of the other Redco Gudauri apartments in F4, F1 and F2 block. Great bed with lots of extra bedding for the pull out couch. The balcony has a perfect view of the ski hill. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need, and there’s a washing machine in the bathroom.

Alexei is a great host. we had booked the wrong date and ne was very flexible in letting change it. he helped us finding our way around and was always super responsive to our questions and requests. thank you for your grant hospitality!

Thank you so much for your accommodation. Location was convenient and quiet, the room was with fresh linens and a modern design. The bed was incredibly comfortable, making for a great night’s sleep. The dining setup in our room was both stylish and comfortable. The table and chairs provided a perfect space for enjoying our meal, making dining feel relaxed and enjoyable. Meanwhile, the poufs added a cozy touch to the room, creating a great spot for unwinding. After dinner, we used the "magazine table" for some fun game time, making the space feel both functional and inviting. It was a well-thought-out setup that added to our overall experience. Overall, I highly recommend for anyone looking for a comfortable and well-located stay in Gudauri.

The location is in 10-15 walking distance from the bus station, unfortunately the closest Tbilisi street is under rebuild, but that’s nothing Lia can de about 😁 so the stay has wonderful view, if lucky enough you will see Kazbeg peak. Water is hot and pressure is fine, tap water is drinking, supermarkets, pharmacies are in walking distance. Lia also prepare breakfasts and lunches (but we didn’t try). Please, keep in mind there is no kitchen in the suit, but there is a bbq area that’s possible to use. Generally; I loved the stay and Lia is friendly and helpful and easy to communicate. Everything was just fine. we really enjoyed our staying. And the views were absolutely perfect.

Great apartment, spacious, all the needed appliances! There is also a ski depot. To get to gondola you have to go up a small hill, but gondola is close. Also the ice rink outside plays loud music until 23:00, have in mind if you like to go to bed early.

Near the lift, warm appartment with a kitchen, great place to live in! I have enjoyed the stay!

Great location, clean place and really well decorated, felt like staying in someone’s cosy home. Awesome balcony views as per pictures. One thing that didn’t work for us is that bedroom had queen bed with two single mattress that were both very soft and sinking, and so felt a bit uncomfortable to sleep.

McKenzie’s place is the perfect apartment for a short stay in Gudauri. The apartment is spacious, well-designed, comfortable, and clean. It is exactly as appears in the photos, and really is just a few steps from the ski slopes. We enjoyed our stay very much, and definitely plan to visit again.

The view from the windows is beautiful. The apartment is equipped with everything necessary not only for a short stay but also for a long-term one. It’s a very comfortable apartment, much more so than a bungalow. The host is very kind and helpful with advice.
