The house is out of the city. We had suffer a lot due to the location and language difference

The host was super responsive and flexible. She was able to help us with an early check-in and a late checkout as we needed. The place was also exactly as described.

Great view, peaceful sleep with background sounds of the river. Good wi-fi, nice big TV screen on the second floor. Spent time mostly watching films and enjoying time near the river. Will return here again some day :)

Daniyar was a great person , he waited for us hours just to check-us-in too early .. The house was bigger than the pictures , clean and cozy , beautiful apple trees in the back yard , I strongly recommend it , also thanks to Daniyar’s mama she helped us a little with the cleaning , such a great family 🤍🤍🤍

Very comfortable place to stay. There is everything you need for your stay. A large number of sleeping areas. Sofas, which, if necessary, move apart. A large kitchen area for gatherings with friends and loved ones both inside the house and on the street. Clean and cozy house with access to everything you need for your stay. Great location for those who do not like the hustle and bustle of the city. A place to relax outside the house is a separate praise. It has a beautiful view of the city. There is a grill for frying meat, and for relaxing at the end of the day you can flood the bath on wood. 10/10

We had the most wonderful stay at this Airbnb, by far the best we've experienced in Kazakhstan. The tiny house is nestled in peaceful vineyards, offering a truly serene escape. The house itself is charming and cozy, perfect for a relaxing getaway. Slava, the host, was incredibly kind and flexible, providing us with fantastic recommendations and even accommodating a last-minute pizza request. Be sure to order the delicious breakfast and book the wine & pizza tasting in advance—it’s a must-do! We also loved spending time with his adorable and friendly cats and dogs. We highly recommend this place and would love to come back. Thank you again, Slava, for such a memorable stay!

Very nice place and most of all,very friendly host. Always available for any local help or query. The house is quite big and was clean. Would recommend you to try it .

This apartment we get was different that one on the pictures, but i guess only because we want to check in before 2 pm. It was a bit dirty(black long hair) but i noticed while i was paying for apartment there was no cleaning fee so it was cheaper than other accommodations. The linen was clean. There was constant noice comming from upper floor ( child was crying 24/7) but there is nothing host can do about this. The internet was working good ( also for work ) and location was convinient. It was ok to stay for few days or weeks but if i live in that building i will probably sell the flat ( no noice isolation ). Overall it was good stay, thanks to the host fast reactions about early check in.

Great place- best AirBnb I've stayed at in a long time. The house is large and very thoughtfully and tastefully decorated. We like to prepare our own meals and nearby options for eating out were very limited so we really appreciated the well equipped kitchen. Sergey was very helpful and as present as we wanted him to be- above and beyond as a host, especially for this part of the world! There are 3 ski areas within a short drive and the entrance to the national park is right up the road.

The apartment is just super! Cozy and clean apartment with a good renovation. In reality, even better than in the photos. Everything is working properly, no problems with water, heating and appliances. The apartment is very nice.

Great location and cosy apartment. Spacious with all amenities you need. Very close to convenience stores, supermarkets, restaurants, and the Panfilov 28 park. Neighborhood is quiet with families mostly and peaceful. Dariga and her husband are great hosts. Very helpful and welcoming with true hospitality. Will definitely stay again in future. If you are new to Almaty highly recommend Dariga's place.

Kamilas place was very comfortable and I'd recommend this highly to anyone looking to stay in Almaty. She is a wonderful host and she was very helpful and quick to respond. She was thoughtful enough to equip the house with everything a traveller might need. There are lots of shops in the building itself that are open 24/7 and that makes things so convenient. there's a nice playground for kids as well. I would definitely stay here again.

Everything was smooth and very timely, starting with my first request to book. Because of this, the communication was fruitful. Bypassing the courteous aspects of our communication, (and they, I repeat, were as good-natured as possible) i'm in a hurry to justify an understatement in the "how was the check-in?" category. It passed frankly to a very "not very good", as I was directed to the wrong address, where I tried unsuccessfully to get inside within an hour ( without internet and communication). It is the reason for the intern who hastily managed the reservation due to the lack of attention of his boss. Here, it's also important to mention that working with the host's objections is on a level. Immediately seeing my displeasure with such a service, he smoothed the corners masterfully, for which I can only be grateful and sympathetic with him. I wish him the best of luck and qualified colleagues! Thank you for providing a 4.9/5 rest

Stayed here for a month and was very satisfied. The apartment is bright, sunny, with good noise insulation — you can't hear the neighbors at all. For a long stay there is everything you need: a good kitchen with a dishwasher, a comfortable bed, a washing machine, a large Smart TV, a desk. Floor windows on the balcony are cool) Hosts have tried to take into account all the details, which gives the feeling of a real home. I was glad that they are always available, respond quickly, resolve issues immediately. Lyudmila and Dmitry were easy and pleasant to communicate with. Definitely recommend, really comfortable and peaceful.
