I would stay here again. The place was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described in the listing. Matthew was a communicative host with helpful instructions.

Karissa's house was a cool and funky 100-year-old bungalow that was a cozy and comfy place to stay as we acclimated to altitude for our family ski trip. The neighborhood was quiet and the few neighbors we saw were friendly. The house had some great features like the basement sauna and a separate "she/he shed" overlooking a Koi Pond that was great for meditation. The beds were comfortable and there was plenty of hot water for showers. Liked the off-street parking for loading and unloading our rental car. We would stay there in the future if we needed a place in SLC. If you require extra sleeping space for your guests, I suggest asking your shorter family members or friends to use the bedroom in the basement. The basement ceilings are a bit low for people over six feet tall.

Korbin’s place is spacious just as advertised with 3 separate seating/hangout areas - 2 with TVs and 1 a nice quiet space if someone wanted to have down time or read a book. We appreciated the well stocked kitchen as our group of 7 cooked dinner several nights. It’s an easy 30 minute walk to great restaurants. The beds were all comfortable as was the main seating area. Overall, Korbin’s place is a great value located less than 30 minutes to Snowbasin with 80 minute options to drive to the Cottonwood Canyons if desired! Highly recommended.

This was a great place. we were staying here for a four week stay for its access to Alta for skiing and it worked out great. At one point we had my wife and I and two kids and we were skiing and working from home and there was plenty of space with four bedrooms two baths three living rooms and a large well equipped kitchen. In other words you would expect the space to work for multiple people to work and play in an area known for its outdoor activities. I also spent time on my own there and it also worked well with two bedrooms (small but empty). We were thirty minutes from Alta staying in a very nice neighborhood with good access to all our needs. the place was clean and well maintained and had access to a very good yard (which we did not use because of our focus on skiing). I would be happy to rent here again.

The coziness of this home and the well organized and labeled kitchen made the stay so comfortable and relaxing. The ceilings of this basement apartment are much higher than expected and made it feel less cramped and more enjoyable. Plus the game room and hot tub were so much fun I highly recommend a stay here! Well worth the cost.

Kelly’s place was exactly what we needed for a weekend visiting friends who live nearby. It was spacious and clean, and had more “extras” than we were expecting! We experienced an issue with the keypad on the lock during our stay, but Kelly resolved the issue promptly and provided great service. Highly recommend this property and will consider for future stays!

We loved staying at Gregory’s place! It was so convenient, clean, and cozy. Gregory gave clear instructions for check in and check out, and was very responsive throughout our stay.

Perfect spot for ski weekend. Location is perfect for the cottonwood canyons. Without traffic, we made it to snowbird in 20 min. The basement apartment is clean, comfortable, and private. Todd was an excellent host! We would definitely stay here again.

Chris was incredibly responsive and helpful! He was available to answer any questions. The Madison place was the perfect house, it was a great location to downtown restaurants and bars and also for skiing at Snowbasin. The house was so cute and homey! Overall perfection!!

Stan’s place was perfect for our ski trip. Great location to drive up into Little Cottonwood canyon. The space was very comfortable, clean, and exactly as described. Would come back!

What can I not say about this place. First off, the location is amazing. Very peaceful area considering it being right off the highway! Gas station is across the street and there’s amazing breakfast spots less than a mile away. The house was amazing. Very clean, the central heat was amazing for the 30 degree Salt Lake Weather! I will absolutely stay here again. Thank you for making my home away from home, perfect!

I felt perfectly at home during my stay. Any questions or challenges were dealt with in an extremely prompt manner. This was one of the more smooth AIRBNB experiences I have had, in the US or overseas.

Great stay! Wonderful apartment. Excellent amenities like hot tub was wonderful for after skiing. building had a coffee room and exercise room/gym. Secured underground parking for your car. Ashley was very responsive, understanding, and a lovely host. Grocery store, restaurants, and bars were nearby.

Very pleasant day. Clean, comfortable accommodations. I love that there were two bedrooms and two huge bathrooms. Fully stocked kitchen. It was a little hard to find, because the buildings weren’t clearly labeled. However, the host gave excellent instructions.

This is one of the nicest airbnbs I’ve stayed at in a while. All the furniture and finishes were actually high quality and everything was clean. Stayed here for a trip to Nordic Valley and the location could not have been better, would definitely recommend!

Kelli is a great host. She responded to my text within 1/2 hour and answered all my questions. The condo is great & has a nice clubhouse with showers and changing room for the hot tub just a short walk from the front door.

My family and I stayed here for 3 nights and skied Solitude & Brighton. We absolutely loved the place. Check in instructions were very clear and Ben was extremely responsive. We appreciated all the recommendations and tips provided prior to arrival. I 100% recommend this place, and would love to come back!

Exactly as described. Great location with easy access to ski resorts, grocery stores, ski rentals. Indoor, assigned parking is a HUGE plus. Well-stocked kitchen. Bath linens super fluffy (always nice to have seemingly new towels!) Comfortable. Proactive communication. We plan to stay there again.

We had a lovely stay at Bryan’s condo in Park City! Perfect location in Canyons village with easy and quick access to downtown Park City, and only a 2 minute walk to the Canyons gondola. The unit was clean, comfortable bed, and exactly what the photos/description promised. Thank you Bryan!!

Our stay was fantastic. Austin was exceptional at communicating leading up to our stay and was very flexible and accommodating for us. You really can’t get a better location. This unit is a perfect location to use the pool, hot tubs, pool table, game room etc. It’s a very short walk to the lift and multiple restaurants. Solitude is an amazing mountain and we would absolutely stay here again. Thank you Austin!
