Gemma & Dirk's place was great. It was private and quiet, yet very close to public transportation and some grocery shopping opportunities. The house itself was spacious and very tastefully furnished. We had everything we needed for our stay. We would definitely recommend this place to anyone staying in the area.

This cozy house is filled with warmth. You can enjoy a fireplace and a sauna to stay even warmer! It is located on the border of the beautiful Zuid-Kennemerland National Park entrance, making it perfect for nature lovers. The kitchen is small, so you may need to be compact if you plan on cooking something substantial. However, all the necessary equipment is provided. The accommodation was perfect, very cozy, well decorated and pleasant. The amenities of the accommodation are excellent. Our 3 year old son loved the toys provided, the garden and the farm animals. The owners are really nice, welcoming and discreet. Thank you for this trip!

Mick and Brigitte are incredibly friendly and welcoming. We were well received and if we had any questions, we could contact them. The cottage looks super cozy, is very clean and has everything you need. It is within walking distance of the restaurants in Zantvoort and the beach. About 45 to 60 minutes walk are the very beautiful Amsterdam water supply dunes where you can enjoy hiking and seeing deer in the wild. And if you have bicycles with you, you can cycle to the Kennemer dunes. There we saw a fox. In short, we enjoyed it!

I wish I could write more. You will not regret booking your stay with Ben and Mireille. they are the loveliest hosts and will make you feel like family. The chalet itself is amazing, stylish, comfortable, well appointed. Ben and Mireille have put a lot of effort into making their chalet cosy and comfortable, and it is more generously appointed thanany other properties we have stayed at. And it is private and quiet as well. You hear some ducks, but in our view, it adds to the charm of the location! The location is great too, only a short bus ride into Leiden. I would stress that you are not just paying for a stay but an experience. Ben was kind enough to educate us about the working windmill at the property that he takes care of, and trust me, you'll learn a lot. If you are looking for a charming, comfortable location that is convenient in terms of connections as well, then look no further. Good luck to Ben and Mireille for all their future endeavours!

Thank you for the opportunity to relax in your apartment. We felt very comfortable there and found everything you need for a comfortable stay. The apartment is perfectly located, you have it from there not far to restaurants, to the city or to the sea. Shopping facilities are also available in the immediate vicinity. Bart is a great host who is immediately available and actively inquires about his guests If we are around, we will be happy to choose the place again.

We had a month and felt right at home! Geraldine and her husband Paolo were friendly neighbors. They made us feel welcomed and always available to help you and resolve anything! Highly recommended hosts and location if you want to live in a quiet and super cozy place! We'll be back sooner or later :)

Super nice hosts!! Great and quiet place that had everything we needed for a nice stay. Incl. parking right outside the door. Fast and super friendly contact with hosts. We felt super comfortable with 2 children 7/2 and slept well. We had a very very nice stay. ❤️

The apartment is very charming and offers a perfect location. The bed is extremely comfortable, we slept very well. The amenities are complete and everything you need is provided. Especially convenient: there is a parking lot right by the house. We did most of the walk, train and bus. Overall a great place to stay that I'm happy to recommend!

Super cute place within walking distance to the beach and the dunes. Lots of beach restaurants also easily accessible. Would go back!

We had a lovely weekend in Janine's little apartment. For an extended weekend for two, it is recommended , everything is the same as the pictures show. Communication and check in and out completely uncomplicated - first of all, we were able to check in earlier! It's easy to walk to the beach, excursions to Leiden easily by bus .

We had such a great time staying at The Birdhouse! It was super cozy and charming, with the cutest little touches in the decor that made it feel really special. The beach is just a short walk away, which was perfect for us. The host was fantastic, responding very quickly to all our questions and providing plenty of helpful tips and local information. Noordwijk is an excellent vacation spot, offering a great selection of restaurants, a beautiful beach, and scenic bike routes. Additionally, the location is perfect for exploring nearby cities such as Leiden, Amsterdam, Utrecht, and Den Haag. Overall, it was a fantastic experience and we highly recommend it!

We had a nice stay with Lars and Erin, the communication was clear and we even got a bottle of wine and some 0.0% beers upon reception. A super warm welcome! It was also nice to be able to use the bikes so that we could be in the center of Gouda faster.

Cute and cozy bungalow that was clearly lovingly put together. We enjoyed our stay very much.

Nathalie is an adorable host, she was super friendly and helpful. She responded to me quickly and also the room was as described. The only thing that bothered me was that the parking lot was a bit away. But this was also clearly described and therefore no deduction here ☺️ It was super clean at Nathalie's and from there you could walk quite well into town or to the beach. I enjoyed it very much. If you don't need a lot of space and are looking for something in a quiet neighborhood, then you are really in good hands here. ☺️ Would come back again and again. Thank you Nathalie

An amazing find! Frans’ place is so unique and beautiful. The boat is a fun adventure and Frans did a great tutorial for me. They were both super flexible and accommodating, and their son too. The little cottage is gorgeous and perfect for what we needed. Got amazing sleep on the island so peaceful. Very easy parking setup too for my rental car. Wish we could’ve stayed longer.
