Vacation rentals with a patio in Kathu District

We had a wonderful stay at Coco place! The location was perfect with beautiful view, and the place was exceptional clean and well main. Coco was very responsive and accommodating making sure we had everything we needed. The only minor issue was there is no hot water for showers, but overall, we highly recommend this listing.

Beautiful place and walkable to the beach and all activities in the area, yet is quiet and had no issues sleeping due to noise. Would absolutely stay here again.

Good location in Patong, within walking distance to plenty of restaurants, but without the noisy nightlife. Great pool area and overall a nice place. If you want a private place to stay in Patong, this is the way to look.

I stayed for a month, and am returning after I island-hop for a bit. Great location, not too near the chaos, but a short walk away. Great staff! comfortable rooms, and the pool is nice too. the best place I've stayed in Patong. You can't beat the value that this place offers. Highly recommend.

I really enjoyed my stay in this complex. Feeling of privacy and security. Very helpful staff, quick to respond to all our questions and requests. The apartment was clean and has everything you need. The location is great - on the way to the sea there are all the necessary shops and restaurants. The pool is a separate pleasure! It's big enough, clean, there is a shower and toilet. I can recommend this place 100% and if I come back to Phuket, I will choose this option.

Steps to beach and food. Away from party scene and noise. But still within walking distance of night life. There was so much to see & do. Next time we need to stay longer.

We had an incredible stay at this apartment! The space was large, clean, and beautifully furnished : perfect for a comfortable and relaxing stay. Well-equipped kitchen to the fast WiFi and cozy living area. Panisara was fantastic—very responsive, helpful, and made sure we had everything we needed for a smooth stay. The host was always as kind and responsive as if they were nearby. The location was great and the amenities were great! The security was good, so I had a safe stay with my child. See you again!

We stayed here for 5 nights at the northern end of Patong as 4 adults and enjoyed our stay. The location is good, Josh is a responsive host and was easy to work with. The place was clean; but supplies were minimal (pretty standard for the area) - 7/11 and other shops just around the corner to remedy that :) AC was good and we made use of the pool. I would stay here again in the future.

Good location, and very clean room. However the washroom was very petite.
