Smoking-friendly vacation rentals in Katastari

The space was great! Were neatly received. We felt at home from the first moment. Very neatly furnished. And nothing was missing. We stayed for 2 weeks and at the beginning of the 2nd week, mother cleans the house again. They have a very sweet dog who loves to play with you when you bring him up. I warmly recommend it to everyone. And will definitely return here again.

We had a wonderful time at Nadia's Studio. We were a family of 3 adults and a kid and Nadia made sure to support us in every possible way to ensure that we spend a beautiful holiday. We never experienced a host that was so helpful and that offered us such a warm hospitality. The house where the studios are is very nice, with private terraces for each studio and a beautiful shared garden with hammocks at the shade of olive trees. The studio itself had everything we needed and was perfectly clean. Additionally, the location is very good and only around 5 min by car to the nicest beach in the island, easily accessible. Nadia had also great recommendations to places to visit and allowed us to spend a beautiful holiday. Definitely the best host we've met so far. A full 100% recommendation.

Βασιλικη’s place was lovely! Just as described in the listing. Felt right at home. Her place was charming, spacious and very comfortable. You can get to anywhere in Zakynthos quickly by car. Βασιλικη was very friendly and welcoming and always responded quickly and never hesitated to make sure all of our needs were met. I would definitely stay here again on a future trip to Zakynthos. Highly recommended by far!

Beautiful private villa. Car is a necessity as this location is remote with no buses and limited taxis. Walking distance to beach. Simply stunning and relaxing.

Very nice apartment. Well located to shine on the island. A few good restaurants to do on foot. Giannis helped us with the references for a vehicle rental, very much appreciated. Towel change and garbage collection done regularly. Only small downside, several chickens/roosters very close, they start singing a little too early 😆 But with earplugs, you can't hear them anymore. If not, our stay was perfect 😁

Matina and her sister were amazing hosts, always kind and willing to help you with local recommendations. The place is in a great location right on the beach, amazing sea view….just as we wanted parking space and close to good restaurants and Cafes. Keri is a beautiful small village, everyone was very kind and we felt safe at all times. We rented a car so we took advantage of it and drove to other villages around the island. We’ll definitely come back.

Our arrival was unexpected but we were particularly surprised by the responsiveness of hosts to our request. We booked in the morning for the evening and everything was spotless upon arrival. The strong point of this apartment is obviously the sea view which is well worth the price. We were lucky enough to have neighbors as welcoming as hosts, which made us even more noticeable in this place. Once again, thank you for everything.

What a wonderful place! The owners are absolutely lovely people who gave us such a warm welcome. We had a barbecue every day, the pool was always clean, and the apartment was spotless with everything you need for daily living. The view of the sea from the balcony in the morning is simply breathtaking. Our vacation is rated 1000000/10 ❤️ It was an amazing time, and if we could, we would stay even longer! We wholeheartedly recommend this place – it's truly worth visiting!

Everyone we came across at Natura Verde Villas was lovely and extremely welcoming. The cleaner was always polite and very friendly! Our host was amazing, she gave us lots of fabulous recommendations such as the Turtle island boat tour which was a fantastic recommendation! She was always available for any questions we may have had and was always checking in to make sure our stay was as best as it could be! The villa was in a nice quiet location and everything was easily accessible with a car. The pool was a good size and had sun all day. The pictures show the villa perfectly. I would highly recommend Natura Verde Villas and will definitely be returning next time I visit Zante!

An amazing holiday, with friendly and very helpful hosts in Sybille and Eckhard. The house was spotless and extremely well equipped, the pool is stunning and the views to die for. Lots of seating around the property to maximise the shade and fans or air con in the bedrooms at night. We spent time in Agios Nikolais at the beach and in the friendly cafe perched over the water. Favourite restaurant among many only 10 minutes drive away was The Old Windmill. Definitely the best holiday we have had for a long time.

Nikki was an excellent host! She was very responsive and helpful with any questions we had while we were there and made sure we had a comfortable stay! The outside area was excellent and very spacious with our favourite feature being the outdoor shower! The inside was great for sleeping, was well air-conditioned which was a must on the hot days and was very clean! Overall, my group really enjoyed our stay 😊

Communication with Dennis was very easy and he is a very helpful host. We were greeted with a bottle of wine and a few bottles of water. The equipment of the apartment is also very extensive, there was enough of everything and we did not miss anything. We definitley enjoyed our stay. The only criticism is that in some places a refreshment of the apartment and the equipment would be welcome. It was still very comfortable anyway.

The apartment is spacious, parking is really comfortable, the garden and view are beautiful. Andreas responded quickly and helped proactively. Absolutely recommend.

I had a lovely stay at the Villa. Pavlos is a perfect Host and everything was exactly how i hoped it would be. I highly recommend this place. Location also perfect BTW ☺️

Don't look any further - this place is wonderful! Peaceful, a beautiful view, a few minutes away by car from lovely village with tavernas and shops but also beautiful beaches, and a supermarket less than 1 minute away. Comfortable beds, everything you need and a fantastic porch with incredible views over the Mediterranean sea, adorable cats around. Antonios was so kind, helpful and welcoming. We will definitely stay here again and could not recommend it more!

The house was exactly as pictured. Maria is always super available. The only flaw is the house's location, it was a little far on foot from the main street, but easy to reach by taxi.

We loved staying at Artemis Hill Studios. The location is great, as it's close to Zante town. The room was very clean and comfortable and they even cleaned it several times during our stay. We loved the view and the fact that it was in a quiet area. Spyros was very helpful and gave us lots of recommendations. We will definitely come back the next time we go on vacation on the island. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Marietta is the perfect host. She is attentive and offers great advice on local amenities. The apartment is fantastic with an absolutely lovely veranda. A few steps to the beach and a few hundred metres to the centre of town make for the perfect location. We cannot wait to return next year, which just about says it all.

Great stay, would rent from here again

In the terrace, you can enjoy every moment and actually I wanted to work from there. Unfortunately there is no wifi, this is also not listed in the description but I thought that would be standard by now;). Otherwise everything is ok

Aggeliki was Helpful and very friendly. The house was spacious and beautiful and in a very good position in Zakynthos town and at a very reasonable price for what it offers definitely if we return to the island we will prefer the same place

Great apartment, very clean, beautiful views, great restaurants and small supermarket within easy walking distance. At first the towels were missing, but Panagiotis responded immediately and 30 minutes later everything was perfect. Thank you for the wonderful time on this wonderful island!

What a lovely, quiet place right at the pebble beach, with a lot of space and a garden that has developed to be even more beautiful than shown in the pics. With the multiple sunbeds and separated areas on the plot it is great for couples as well as families with kids. We enjoyed kayaking and swimming in the sea. Kostas´family was always helpful and hospitable. The apartment was as described and left little to be desired. We´d be happy to come back again some day.
