Vacation rentals with a hot tub in Kata Beach

Our booking covered Christmas and New Year. Villa Carlos was spacious and exceeded our expectations. It was perfect for our family gathering of 6 adults and 4 children. Lothar, our host, organized airport transfers car rental and recommended local restaurants, all whilst maintaining our privacy at all times. We will definitely stay here again if in Phuket. Our lovely cleaners came twice a week to change all towels and sheets and thoroughly clean the villa. Highly recommended!

Unforgettable! The views are stunning and the villa is designed to make the most of them. It's exactly as it looks on the pictures. The location is unusual, it is on the edge of a farm, but the people are quiet and polite and very much leave you to enjoy your holiday. There are excellent bars and restaurants within a 10 min walk (Go to Rawai View and say hi to Tom) and the main town (a charming fishing village) is a little bit further. A real one-off, stunning, private but with walkable entertainment too. The Hidden Forest elephant reserve and a trip to Phi Phi Island are particularly recommended. Not the cheapest but excellent value

The villa was magnificent. We had a great holiday and did not want to leave the villa at all. A small paradise in your home. Beautiful large pool, lots of greenery. The staff was polite and attentive. They promptly responded to all messages and requests. Thank you very much for a wonderful time, we hope to come back to you again.

Very nice Airbnb. Maid came everyday and cleaned and replaced the linens. We came for edc so it was really close to the venue. Gated community. If you stay here and use bolt look up Sivana Place. Easiest way to get there takes you to the front gate. Better than trying to use the address.

Beautiful villa, large enough for our group of seven and walkable to Kamala Beach. Very clean and modern unit that was accurately depicted by the listing. The private pool provided a nice way to cool off at the end of the day. The staff was flexible, responsive, and always willing to help! Note the additional fee for utilities.

This place is something everyone has to try. Mimi and Jojo are very very helpful and made our stay and trips to places easy. breakfast was amazing. We enjoyed staying at this place and love to visit this place if ever made a trip to Phuket in future. Thank you for everything!!!!!

Our stay in the villa was great, location isn’t far (10-20min walk) from some bars, restaurants and shops while also being quiet and secure. It did have beach and bath towels, but no bathroom amenities. We had problem with electricity charge which was resolved with quick and respectful communication from host. Overall I would recommend this place and would come back myself.

We were a family of 6 in total. Olivier was extremely helpful and understood what we would need for two young children in the villa. I highly recommend this villa and everything about Olivier. 10/10.

The villa itself is simply breathtaking—I can’t even put into words how magical the view is. Waking up to fresh air and stepping out by the pool every morning was an experience in itself. The villa’s decor perfectly captures the essence of Thi vibes, creating a cozy yet luxurious atmosphere. Everything was spotlessly clean, and the resort felt incredibly safe and secure. The entire process, from booking to check-out, was seamless. Our host was exceptionally patient, polite, and always available to answer our questions. Upon arrival, the staff welcomed us with warmth and genuine hospitality, making us feel right at home. A special mention goes to Chef Amina and her sister Aisha—they were truly amazing! They took such great care of us throughout our stay, ensuring we had everything we needed. The breakfast was delicious, offering great variety and excellent value.

Beautiful accomodation like in the pictures!! Jasmine has provided us a little piece of paradise. Always responsive, helpful. Offered us a transfer from the airport to the place, earlier check in and also a parking spot in the secured complex free of charge! Can definitely recommend this place and the host!!

Top-notch villa, excellent place to stay and it looks better than in the pictures. Peter was a helpful host and organised everything perfectly. Good starting point to get around the island. Would definitely come back for another stay.
