The apartment is stunning, beautiful view, quiet and very comfortable, we felt just like home. Everything has a thoughtful design, well equipped, it has everything that makes the place feels very homey and relaxing. Zeljko is very professional, polite and helpful. Our family had a wonderful stay at Zeljko's apartment and I would highly recommend his place to anyone who's planning to visit Split.

We had an amazing stay at this Airbnb! The location is perfect—peaceful and right on the beach, so we could enjoy beautiful views and quick access to the shore every day. The place was spotless, and it was clear that cleanliness is a priority here. The host was easy to reach and provided fantastic local tips that really made our stay even more enjoyable. Having a car is definitely helpful, and it was great to be able to park directly at the property. Check-In was very easy and flexible. Highly recommended for a relaxing getaway!

Great, new apartment with everything you need. Good amenities and homely furnishings. At 36° outside temperature, the apartment was thankfully equipped with sufficient, modern air conditioners. The beautiful old town of Trogir and the promenade can be reached in a few minutes on foot. In the high season, the search for a parking space may be a bit adventurous. Directly at the property this was not possible to book public parking nearby with 15 euros/d. For this, it is recommended to use the "BMove" app, as the old machines only take hard money. The only point of criticism is the quite late check-in time of 4 p.m., especially since you should be outside at 10 o'clock.

apartment was very comfortable and only 8min walk to centre. Brilliant location and bonus was having an on-site car park. Ivica was very prompt in his responses to us. totally recommend

My stay at this beautiful apartment was fantastic! The place was exactly as described—spotlessly clean, stylish, and thoughtfully decorated. The host was incredibly welcoming and responsive, making check-in smooth and providing great recommendations for things to do in the area. The apartment had all the amenities I needed, from a fully equipped kitchen to fast Wi-Fi. It truly felt like a home away from home, and I can't wait to come back! Highly recommend staying here if you're looking for a relaxing and comfortable getaway.

The host is very welcoming, responsive and considerate.The home is very convenient to the gas station, convenience store and beach.Great value.I am willing to choose this property again next time if I have a chance.

Ines was wonderful from start to finish! We felt very welcome, had access to the pool downstairs and just felt right at home from the start! Ines was very understanding when we asked to leave a little later due to a late flight and did more than enough to accommodate us. 10/10, if I was returning to split I’d love to stay here again!

Milka is such a lovely host, if we needed anything she responded immediately. Beds very comfy and plenty of storage space. Air con was brilliant. Apartment very roomy with everything you should need. Supermarket and bakery right next door. Beach just a few minutes walk away. Would definitely return and recommend.

Perfect apartment! Right by lots of lovely restaurants (Cicibela food and wine bar was our favourite) and the marina. Walking distance to Diocletian’s Palace and the main attractions. Apartment was as described, clean and spacious for a couple. Would recommend!

Excellent place to stay. Main center in walking distance. Pool was heated and was warm enough for the end of October. Little shop 5 mins walk and main center was about 15 minutes walk. Transfer was arranged to and from the airport for us by the host, this was extremely helpful. We would definitely stay again.

Amazing place! The bed was very comfortable, we had access to a thin bedding but also a thick blanket, the bathroom was clean, there was enough hot water for 2 people, everything we needed for making dinner was available in the kitchen part. Air conditioning was working very well. The commute was easy, around 15 min of walk to beautiful beach, supermarkets and stores nearby. Would highly recommend this place to everybody!

The apartment was beautiful, we had everything we needed. It was verY close to the riva and the center of town, but still secluded enough so that we could enjoy our peace. Also, we had absolutely everything we needed during our stay. Absolute recommendation, would come again for sure!

Nice apartment with walking distance to everything we could wish for. In 15 minutes you can walk within a well-stocked supermarket, good bakery and stayed for some fresh berries or fruit. In the apartment there was everything we could wish for. A well equiped kitchen and great access to towels. The apartment is perfect as a starting point for an excursion both at sea and on land. Feel free to go here again!

Great host Karlo, very friendly. Great place, nearby Split. All stairs to reach 4th floor are worth to walk couple of times a day. Terrace is superb, perfect view. We were just lucky to have excellent weather despite the fact we were visiting the place at year end (winter time). Apartment is huge and easy to host 6 adults.

We had an amazing stay at Kristina's place! The property was exactly as shown in the pictures—modern, spotless, and beautifully designed. Kristina was an exceptional host, incredibly welcoming, and always available to make sure we had everything we needed for the perfect holiday. This home is ideal for a family getaway. Our kids loved the pool, trampoline, and table tennis, while we enjoyed the Jacuzzi. The location is perfect as well—situated in a peaceful area surrounded by nature, yet close to both Split and Omis. Omis, in particular, was fantastic for outdoor adventures like rafting, boating, and ziplining. We have made a countless of new memories there. Highly recommend this spot for families or couples looking for a relaxing and fun escape!

We had a crazy travel schedule and Josip was super patient flexible. Place was awesome! Loved staying inside the palace where everything was vibrant and alive. Definitely in the middle of all the action. Accommodations were great. Awesome AC! I think it's a once in a lifetime opportunity!

I think your stay was a success. The apartment is very well equipped, mainly when it comes to kitchen utensils. The location is also fine, you can easily find access to Split and Trogir. The very town of Kastel Novi, it is not touristy, so there is not much going on. The airport is very close, so you can still hear planes flying over the garden. Might be an issue for families with small children. The owner is very friendly and communicative, but the downside is the fact that her apartment is above the rental.

Marija is friendly, helpful, communication with her is quick and easy. The apartment is cosy, very well furnished and equipped, the view is amazing and the jaccuzzi is a great way to relax at sunset. 🌊🌅 The parking spot is a big advantage, shop and drogerie is in the building. I’d definitely recommend her place if someone is looking for an accommodation in Split.
