Amazing view! Really walkable distance to everywhere. Parking dedicated to this place was also a huge plus. A kind tip: please ask the exact name of the place before heading to the town.

Amazing apartment right in the center of Kas. Spacious, full of light. The location is perfect — it's very easy to get anywhere from it. Restaurants are just a couple of minutes away, beach is 15 min away, supermarkets and bus station across the street, grocery shop righ beside. Probably the best located apartment in Kas i've been to. Before arriving I was a bit worried that there might be a smell of gasoline due to the gas station right under the windows, but there was no problem with it at all. Huge thanks to Seda, she is a truly super host. She and her husband were very helpful. We have asked for a few extra pieces of tablewhare and a couple of new lightbulbs, and Seda brought everything the very next morning — it helped to make out stay extra comfortable. Huge, huge thanks. Highly recommend.

Good afternoon, I want to express my gratitude for our wonderful stay with Mrs. Ayben. The apartment fully corresponds to the photos. Everywhere is spotlessly clean, new furniture and fresh renovation. The apartment has everything you need for your stay. It's a pleasure to shower because of the strong pressure of hot water. The apartment is perfectly located. On the one hand, it is quiet, on the other hand, there are stators in the very center of Kash If you are traveling with children or people of age, then the place is perfect for you, as there is no need to go uphill like most apartments in Kash. We were met at the house and helped with check-in. They also told us with airport transfer. Great apartment, we would love to come back again.

Great place to stay. Spacious appartment for two, quietly attached to the bigger villa, separate everything. Location is a killer - away for the crowd. Beautifully furnished, fresh and modern. Appliances are top notch. No problems at all. Very satisfying experience.

Hello, we had a perfect holiday as a family of four, everything was considered in the house, the cleanliness was number ten, everything was thought out and enough in the kitchen items. We had a really lovely stay at Hatice’s rental . It was very homely and comfortable . The views from the balcony were a dream . We couldn’t miss a sunset from here ❤️. Hatice was an extremely lovely host . Always responded quickly if we contacted her . Gave us some great restaurant recommendations and although we’ve been to this area many times she came up with some new places for us to try . Altogether a wonderful holiday .. Thankyou x

Beautiful apartment. We enjoyed very much the area. Great location to visit all ruins around. Very close to Patara and Xanthos. Jo was very attentive and flexible. She gave us a lot of recommendations to visit the ruins and beaches around. She also left us a lot of goodies for breakfast. The swimming pool area is great to relax. I will recommend to stay here to friends

Since our way to Kas was from Canakkale, we didn't arrive until 9:30 in the evening. This wasn't a problem for our host as he was quite flexible. Unfortunately, the designated parking space at the property was only limited, as it was always occupied with cars. Ultimately, you have to park in the street. The problem was only the cats who liked to climb on cars and unfortunately scratched the hood. The apartment was simply and neatly furnished. It was also clean. The furniture and bed seemed to be a bit outdated. The location is very central, so you can reach the city center on foot in 10 minutes. In the end, we were very happy with the place.

First of all, the house is much higher than the hotel comfort in terms of cleanliness. All kitchen utensils,bedding , sofa seating, even the balcony table are extremely clean, stylish, comfortable...This makes you feel at home. The view of the house is magnificent, we will miss drinking our morning coffee on the balcony on the balcony. We would also like to thank Mr. Mehmet, he had a very positive communication with us. We had a great holiday with my wife and children at the same time.⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

the house was very clean, Mr. Fatih was very helpful, there was supplies to meet all our needs in the house. If you have a car, the location is quite sufficient. But the only problem is that the animals and neighbors around are very noisy. But we managed because the soundproofing of the house was good. Air conditioners, white goods, furniture, everything is high quality. We stayed very comfortably with children.

We have had a wonderful stay at Laura’s apartment. The views were amazing from every room and the pool was a great size too. We loved the location and being able to walk into town easily. Laura was super helpful from start to finish and nothing was too much trouble. We will definitely be back! Thank you Laura for all your help, advice and recommendations!

first of all, we would like to thank Ms. Meryem. The house was spotless. My wife's fine line smelled very nice. It was like in the photos. The only flaw is a little on the hill and in the countryside, so it can be difficult. It is not far from the center, but you can have difficulty because there are rolling roads. There were many markets around the house. We did not have any problems. The house was quite sufficient. The house was quite enough. It was a great comfort to have a bathroom and toilet in both bedrooms. We even had a nice stay for 4 people. There was even salt and coffee liquid. We were also visited by the pig family at night. The 😄 view was amazing. We had a good time as the family was satisfied. We tried to leave the house as we found it when we left.

Everything was great. Aydın just lived downstairs and was very helpful. Whenever we had a question or needed some help or support, he was always there to help andanswer our questions. Definitely recommend it!

Our host, Mr. Nurettin and Ms. Hacer, were very caring and smiling. The suite had amenities that we could find whatever we wanted and it was immaculate. It was a 10-minute drive from the bazaar and the beach. We enjoyed the stay as a family, I highly recommend it to those who will come

Nice flat with a wonderful view on the bah and the sea You need a car but If you have is strategically positioned between Kalkan (5 minutes, full of English tourist, to be avoided) and Kas, nice typical town Kaputas Beach is 5 minutes away but it really very crowded and impossibile to Park. Patara Beach much better... Only one thing to improve in the apartment: there are no possibility to obscure the Windows, at 6 o clock there is day Light in the room, impossible to sleep if you dont have masks

Mr. Ünal helped us during our stay and he was very warm. Also, I felt like I was at home, it was a great pleasure to be able to use both the pool and jacuzzi of the house at this price, we were very satisfied and I recommend it to those who will come for the price and the facilities it provides, they can choose this place without thinking.

The place is much nicer than the pictures,that's why we extended our vacation.. The apartment is spotlessly clean and has all & amenities for a wonderful holiday.. 2 minutes from the center by car and 15 minutes from Kaputash and Patara.. There is a parking place.. We would happily come back again.
