This place was a hidden gem. Location was absolutely perfect. It was across the beach which was clean unexplored and just a wide stretch of white sand ! The house was also sufficient, perfect for a large group. The pool was a good size, and added to the house. Ashok got us our supplies and made great homemade food. Also the restaurant Kaai at Nilaya stays had some great food. Only regret is we got to know about surfing lessons the night before we left ! So if you stay here please check at the reception at Nilaya stays and they will hook you up. We were on a week long road trip from Bangalore with 5 adults and 4 kids and everyone loved this place and location the best !

One of the best places to ever be and trust me the most amazing experience of a lifetime with an amazing huge villa with excellent staff and beautiful location and a fantastic property overall d best experience ever a must must must visit. Donot miss the neer dosa , chutney and chicken sukka for breakfast. Nagesh and his wife Make ur stay so amazing that u don’t feel like going from there. Kudos to them for managing a huge property like that and keeping it sparkling clean and giving u d best hospitality ever... I would recommend this a 10 out of 5 if given a chance

A pleasant property with retro vibe in the heart of Mangaluru. Most of the places you might like to visit in Mangaluru are in close proximiy. Clean, extrememly spacious, with all amenities neatly laid out. Would love to visit in the future. Thanks to Ms. Mamta for being a great host.

I was there with my family and a pet . The moment we reached we felt right at home the place was spotless and had lots of fun activities to do. The swimming pool was cleaned everyday. The caretakers and the cook were very helpful and made us feel comfortable every second. The food cooked was fresh and very tasty. Neesha was in touch with us and helped us with clear instructions A special thanks to the owners for the beautiful Christmas decorations and the pudding. Our pet was very happy as she could play around Will surely visit again!!

We were a group of five friends visiting Mysore for a short sight-seeing trip. Kulwant's place was perfect for our purpose. It's spacious, comfortable and very conveniently located. The front yard is very pleasant, and there are plenty of common spaces in the house. Kulwant himself was very friendly and helpful. We had a great time, and would definitely stay here again.

Me and family had a night's stay here and happened to do a last minute booking and they hosted us at the earliest and also welcomed with Tea. The manager Althaf was quite responsive and courteous. The rooms are spacious with ample storage and other basic necessities. 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms were a plus. They have a nice balcony too. The area is bit away from core town but it's a approx 15-20mins drive for a quiet and peaceful homely stay. In the morning we did spot a peacock too. A covered car parking is available and another could be easily managed on the street.

We had a wonderful time staying at the Katriguppe house. Bipin was a good host being very responsive and flexible to our needs. The house was adequately furnished with all necessary amenities and free of any clutter. We will come back again! 🙂
