Vacation rentals with outdoor seating in Karlovy Vary Region

What a gem in the Czech countryside. We were there in early autumn to visit Karlovy Vary and Cheb and truly enjoyed Robert's (and his mother's hospitality). The village is an ideal spot for fall vibes and the place is cozy as all get out. Definitely will stay there again!

The cabin was clean, cozy and equipped with everything we needed. Location perfect for getting to the ski resort (10min). We were very satisfied. Above all, the owner was very helpful and accommodating. I definitely recommend it to everyone!

The first impression was really good, the lower living space was warm and modernly furnished and there was everything you need. The lower bathrooms were heated, but didn't get really warm. The upper bedrooms were nicely decorated, also the hallway warms the sofa really cozy and warm. The upper bathroom was nice and warm, but the shower was an adventure, at some point you had the hang of it. The street noise was uncomfortable at night, with the window open didn't go at all. But the location on the street is just like this and you can't change it. We had a lovely weekend in the spacious house and would like to mention that the small pub next door is really quaint, cozy and it's hard to find it. We can recommend the house! Beautiful house with lots of nature. We spent New Year's Eve here with our family and were very satisfied. Very cozy and lots of space. The beds were very comfortable and it was very very clean. Thank you so much dear Hanka!

We had a wonderful week in Petra's house. The place is cozy, well equipped and ideal with children. The fireplace provided a nice atmosphere, and the quiet location was perfect – especially because we had the whole house to ourselves (our two boys were able to let off steam!). The Klínovec ski resort can be reached in about 20 minutes, and after a day on the slopes we were able to relax here. Petra was a great host – she always responded quickly, proactively asked if we needed anything, and even brought us extra linens when a little mishap happened. Clear recommendation for families or groups who want to spend a relaxing time in nature!

We really enjoyed the accommodation. It was very cosy, spacious and well equipped. It snowed , and we had the opportunity to go skiing only 7 km away. We might come again. Thanks so much.

We were 3 families with children over the Christmas season in this great house. There was a lot of space, lovingly decorated, great property. In case of snowfall you need snow chains, as an access road, a very steep serpentine becomes ultra smooth. Above all, it was very cozy, like in a quaint mountain hut in the mountains. A large tiled stove could be fired up the whole day. We had a great time and did not want to leave.

The apartment is super spacious and there is plenty of storage space. A plus is also the elevator (if you have a child+stroller there is really great) and the parking space directly at the house or in the courtyard. The location is great, you are in a quiet area, but quickly walking in the city center. We were on site with a 1.5 year old toddler and there was a bed and high chair which was very appealing to us. Unfortunately, the bathtub is broken, so the water drains after a while and the equipment of the kitchen is a bit sparse, but everything necessary for cooking is still available. Price performance is definitely right. Thank you!

The apartment was very clean, large and cozy. There was everything you could need. Beds were very comfortable. We could safely park our car in the underground garage of the house. The contact with Mariia was great, she responded quickly. I can only recommend the apartment. We will be happy to come back.

Helena is a very friendly host who was super quick to respond to our spontaneous request and helpful to our questions. We were able to arrive the same day within a very short time and everything was ready upon our arrival. Value for money of the place is top! Really the perfect place for our purpose.

Were happy with the chalet, had a nice time. Were there for two nights and found it a bit short, so another time a little longer, to discover even more of the area☺️. Everything also was fast and well arranged with Barbora. We highly recommend 🥰

Tastefully furnished apartment with views over the Karlsbad old town and its own car parking space in underground car park. We stayed here for 5 days after Christmas over the New Year and will be remembered and the small Christmas tree that was set up in the apartment - special thanks for this! Communication with Zarina was smooth and fast. We liked it very much, always happy to come back. Absolutely recommended.

the place met all our expectations. Very modern and beautiful equipment of the premises. Great ski and recreation room. Everything is very clean, the linens fresh towels. Communication with Markus is also perfect. We didn't count it on anything. We would love to come back again and again.

It was really fantastic, Georgina and Claudia are super friendly and respond immediately to all questions. Also my question of whether it is suitable for older people who are not so good on foot at all due to the location, she honestly answered me, rather advised me off. I still booked it because she was so kind, it looked so nice and I missed my parents with fitness training. We were able to park the car directly at the house, which was also pleasant and were personally welcomed by Claudia and taken to the apartment where she showed and explained everything to us. The apartment is spacious, very well equipped and in a very pleasant house. 2 bathrooms were also super pleasant for us. Thank you very much, I would book this apartment again immediately, maybe not with my old parents, but my husband and daughter or friends.

A great place at a great location near the ski area. The apartment is comfortably furnished and was properly equipped for 4 adults and a child. The host is very nice, always ready to help and if possible will meet you in person. We once had a problem with a fuse late in the evening, but he reacted immediately and could fix it within half an hour. Thank you very much for the nice stay.

The apartment is clean, large and comfortable. There's everything you need. Simona even prepared drinks for us. Our child was very much looking forward to gummy bears) Nearby is Lidl, just across the street from a bakery. There are plenty of parking options too. Communication was very easy and fast, both before the trip and later and after checkout (we forgot something🙈). I highly recommend staying. Thanks Simona and Jan!

Wonderful flat located perfectly to stroll around Karlovy vary. Everything was to our complete satisfaction. If we visit again we will stay at Hanas lovely apartment for sure.
