Beachfront vacation rentals in Karaburun

My family and i (3 kids) really had a fantastic time staying at this property. The house is good and well-maintained. It even have terrace upstairs which we can relax with beautiful view of the sea. The location is ideal. Near to IYTE which required 10 mins to walk. And is super convenient with shops- 5 mins walk (u can find many restaurant -kebab restaurants was nice and delicious with many choices. We don't have to worry what to eat here. The best part is, the house near to cafe-Solea where my kids always want to go to eat San Sebastian cheese cake and play monopoly). Abdullah was really kind. He always ask about us and what we need to help us with pleasant stay. He fulfill every request that we ask him. Really appreciate it. Feel warmly welcome by him. I highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient stay.

This house is a nice choice for traveling, especially if you would like to enjoy your private time in a quiet place. The landlord is very friendly.

Murat was a very nice host and was warm and friendly to resolve any issues we had in a timely manner, especially helping us carry our luggage up and down.His place was very clean and the kitchen was well stocked to cook your own meals.The property is in a great lot, just a short walk to the seaside and the city center along the seaside.All in all, we were very comfortable and satisfied and would not hesitate to choose this place if we come back to Cesme next time.Highly recommend this place!

The house is right at the sea so you have the possibility to go swimming in the morning and in the afternoon, even if you go to the beaches in the island. The place is very comfortable and quiet. The house is also very clean and furniture has a good taste . Avrakomi is a very good and responsive host and gave us very good recommendations, There are not a lot of restaurants, but the taverns close to the house are very nice. The house is also only six minutes away from the city center, so you always have the opportunity to try several places in Chios. The only recommendation we can make is that some of the kitchen equipment should be renewed ( such as the coffee machine , cutlery) . We will definitely come back and recommend the place to our friends.

We spent 12 days in Dimitri's apartment and felt very comfortable there. The apartment is conveniently located close to the harbor and city center. It is bright, cozy and tastefully furnished, very functional with a well-equipped kitchen that is a pleasure to cook in. The large balcony invites you to linger. The communication with Dimitri was very pleasant and helpful – a real superhost!

Close to the beach, perfect for families with kids.

It has a unique view and was in a very good location, we easily reached it, we loved the house in general, but if you stay during these months, it can take a while to heat it up because most of the house is covered with glass, so the floors were cold and we were a little cold due to the weather

First of all, the host was very interested and there was a quick solution for each of our problems. The items in the house were quite sufficient and beautiful. There is a beautiful beach 5 minutes away from the car. I would recommend both the location and the house🙏

The villa was very nice with a great view. The pool was bigger than it looked in the photos. We found the villa very clean before arrival. There was everything you needed. We would book this accommodation again at any time. Thank you for a great stay.

We stayed here with my family and absolutely loved it, very clean and looks just like the photos. Local restaurants and beaches were very easy to get to, there is also walkable distance taxi stop near the home. Very responsive and lovely home owners, would definitely recommend this place.

Nikos is an amazing host, very caring and helpful. The house was very clean and tidy, her little gifts made us very happy. The house is a 15 minute drive to downtown you definitely need to know this, but we never complained after experiencing the location and its view. Thanks for everything designed for 4 adults 🙏🏼

It was a nice experience with clean access

The view of the house is really nice, since there were no guests next door, we were able to use the garden as a private area for us. It was difficult for us to swim in the sea from the garden, but even watching the view from there is a great thing... The house is very close to the center and there is no parking problem. Since we didn't cook, I can't inform about the kitchen shortcomings, but it seemed ideal for two people. Despoina was caring and friendly and answered every question we had. It was also a very polite move to allow flexibility at checkout time. I'll stay at the same place if I go again

The house is beautiful, we were with friends in 5 , and there are plenty of places. It was clean, Mrs. Hale thought of everything, she was always available for any questions. In the house we found QR code for all restaurants,beaches, cafes, etc. recommended by Host. I have nothingelse to say. Thank you very much Mrs. Hale, we had a great time!
