Mr. Mert provided very quick feedback in our pre-rental messaging. At the entrance of the house, his wife greeted us and introduced us to the house and informed us about the places around. Extremely friendly and very sweet couple. The house was definitely more than what was shown in the photo and the descriptions. You can park your car in front of the house. Great atmosphere. We felt like we were in our own home. They were all very high quality and spotless, up to the products in the house. Kitchen utensils were complete. A place where you can take your suitcase and go. I can call it our favorite place from now on. We would like to thank Mr. Mert and his wife for their hospitality.

Peaceful, pristine clean 2-floor duplex home with everything needed inside!

The host was very communicative and accessible at any time. She gave us all the necessary information about finding the house and we checked in quite easily because she supported it with photos. The house is large enough for two people and spotlessly clean, it would be better if there was only ventilation in the bathroom, but we left the door open all the time. Everything you might need was put in the house, we were satisfied, I would definitely recommend it:))

İf someone is looking for short time and budget friendly stay in İzmir, İ recommend this place. Bus passes nearby from location that takes you towards city center. The house owner Ercan is quite helping and very nice person. İ didn’t face any kind of issue there. Everything was same as mentioned in the description. The house was clean and quiet. The only thing that got misunderstood between us was that İ was expecting cooking facilities there to cook something. Overall, it was a good experience. İ recommend.

Mr. Tayfun is very friendly. The apartment is 5 minutes by car from the Ilıca beach. BIM, A101 and ŞOK markets are very close to the house. Perfectly useful apartment for families with children. There are no items in the house. There are plenty of spices, kitchen utensils, kowels, etc. The kitchen is much nicer than in the photo. There are new zero furniture and built-in furniture. The kitchen was great. We watched TV and free Netflix. We felt at home. You can rent it without hesitation.

There are kitchen utensils that meet all the needs and also has a garden that will have a very pleasant time, the house is also a 10-minute walk from Mimoza and Bodrum beaches.
