Tiny house vacation rentals in Kane County

We loved our stay! It was a perfect home base for all that southern Utah has to offer. We didn’t make it to the parks but it would be perfect for traveling between Zion and Bryce. The house was just perfect for our family of five. Kitchen and bathroom were fully stocked! And the full size washer and dryer were great. Comfy beds and linens all around. The pool down the road was perfect for a cool dip and getting wiggles out from our long car rides. We pulled a permit for The Wave and this was only about an hour and a half from the trailhead. We had plenty of time! Thanks again!

My husband and I had a wonderful stay. This was our first tiny house experience, and it did not disappoint. Peaceful , beautiful, and so cozy and welcoming. We will definitely be back Ty!

We had an increadilbe time. DeAnn was a superhost. She recommended walks and the directions were clear. The house was so cozy and comfortable. She had everything in the cupboards for making dinners or breakfast. DeAnn has put me in trust with Airbnb in America. In Australia i have stopped using Airbnb because the hosts dont do anything for you. They dont even leave tea or coffee - JUST Nothing (as bare as they can). Not even flexible and many places are not clean. But in America and Europe they treat you better than Hotels. I highly recommend DeAnn's place for a beautiful relaxing country escape. If your a Hiker this is the ultimate place.

A gorgeous place, well appointed, with super-thoughtful hosts. It's worth spending some time in east zion for the beautiful scenery and amazing array of gorgeous places to stay they have. Even in winter this place is a delight with hot tubs. We had a little snafu finding the tiny homes- but they made it up to us by being really thoughtful and kind for our christmas stay. I'm sure you'll enjoy it as much as we did!

Such an awesome spot it was the perfect balance between quiet and peaceful but also close to fun things! Beautiful tiny home and the fireplace was a very nice added bonus!

Amazing setting with an amazing outdoor seating arrangement allowing us to view the stars. lots of close national parks. Very friendly and responsive hosts. Hosts also provided nearby restaurants and activities which was extremely helpful. 10/10 would do it again.

The most adorable cottage!! Perfect size for two people, we spent a lot of our vacation time lounging in the living room watching tv on the couch, but when we wanted to go out and do something in town everything was within 5 minutes of walking distance. Super squeaky clean and had everything we needed! Bonus points; the shower got hot quick and stayed hot!!

Big Cottonwood Canyon Creek is the drinking supply for Salt Lake City. No joke that the pristine creek rages past the cabin, making the most incredible sound. The rustic cabin was perfect for the four of us; my two teens spent many hours dropping their fishing lines right off the porch and bridge on the property. The large kitchen allowed us to make our meals easily, as it was well stocked with all essentials. My husband was very happy with the espresso machine. The location is 11 minutes from Smith’s so food shopping is a breeze. The beds were comfortable and the cabin was warm when the nights hit 46 degrees in the summer. We drove up the mountain and had lunch on the balcony at the local lodge. This is paradise and if you are looking for a rustic cabin that is nestled in a beautiful Utah valley with countless hiking trails and abundant water, this is the place.

Super cute and well appointed container home is compact and cozy. Lots of bright afternoon sunshine streaming in the wall of windows in the back of the unit. Comfy queen bed, with easy thermostat for ideal temps. Simple but sufficient kitchen. Everything was spotless and nicely arranged. Kristy was extremely responsive and friendly in all interactions—-even in Thanksgiving evening when key pad battery failed. Highly recommend this sweet cozy happy place.

Daniel’s place was amazing, and one of the highlights of my trip! The place was accessible by car and easy to find with his instructions, great for our trips to national parks including the Grand Canyon, Bryce and Zion. Plus it’s a simple drive into Kanab. The cabin sits on a site with a few other cabins but feels private with a view over farmland with canyons in the distance, so very peaceful. At night if there’s no cloud cover you get amazing views of the stars - I even spotted Mars!

This airbnb was one of the most peaceful and comfortable spots. The place itself was perfect with amazing views. Very cute and cozy. Along with this, the hosts were absolutely amazing and super responsive. I highly recommend this spot along with hiking Bryce Canyon. We wish there was a little adventure book to write everything we did! We will be coming back soon. :)

We spent a long weekend here to get away from the city and this was the perfect place! Close by to Zion national park. The cabin is very small and the bed is not ideal for someone taller than 5’10. It was great for my partner and I to relax. You will drive and pack in rocks and need to walk a dirt path to the cabin. The heater was great if you are there in the colder months. If you drive to Kanab, check out Rocking V Cafe for some amazing food! This was a wonderful stay and the host was informative and clear. Enjoy the quiet area if you check out this cute cabin

Breathtaking view with Mountain View. Place is well equipped with everything you need. Water pressure can use a bit improvement. Love the dirt trail behind the “backyard” that leads to the mountains, great for off road driving into some mud and water. Would definitely recommend for someone looking to go to Death Valley.

What a wonderful stay for my 8 year old and I. We used it as our basecamp for exploring Zion, Bryce and the surrounding area. It was perfect. The weather was freezing but this tiny home was nice and toasty the entire stay. We travel all over the world staying in AirBnBs and this was our favorite so far!!

This cabin was in a perfect location to be able to explore the area. All the sites were close proximity to our area. The cabin was simple and ideal for our use. Ben provided us with clean linens, towels, dishes, and all our grilling equipment. It was small, cozy, and effective. A great home base to come back to after exploring all day. We grilled each night for dinner, theres a small grocery store down the street. Wifi & TV were great at the end of the day. Shower was hot, bed was comfy. If you are staying in the colder months, I highly recommend picking up a bundle or two of firewood for the night. The cabin gets cold, but if you get the wood furnace going it'll be a sauna in there! The Shop Coffee Co. down the road had GREAT coffee and breakfast. I'd come back to this cabin in a heartbeat. I really appreciate Ben's hospitality and allowing us to stay on this property.

Our families stay at the Pollock place was wonderful. The zip line was a hit as was the game room. There were plenty of beds and lots of space to gather or spread out. Bonnie and Jim kept to themselves but were easily available when we wanted to contact them. We loved getting to know them. We definitely would recommend there place and will consider staying there again.

We stayed in the tiny home number 3 container for 2 nights. It was very cozy and comforting as there was plenty of space for 2 adults inside. The heater/ac unit worked well, and made sure it was the right temp, day or night. Upon check in (which was very detailed and easy), we noticed that turning on the hot water (any sink) had a foul sewage smell that stunk the unit up. This was quickly remedied as I think the water in the water heater was sitting for quite a while. Just be aware if this happens. The water heater was rather small, but had plenty of hot water for a long shower. (Nothing like military showers)! Stephanie was very attentive and always responded within 10 minutes which was comforting. The location was far enough off the road for little to no noise at night, but dark enough for plenty of star gazing. The bed was comfortable and spacious for 2. If the opportunity arose itself, I would stay there again!

Wonderful cabin for an overnighter on our road trip! The space is cosy and warm (which was a fear in January). The bath house was perfect (and again, wonderfully warm). On site sauna and even caves to explore and take a cold plunge if you’re up for it! A truly unique stay in a naturally unique setting. Amazing!!

Great little spot that looks exactly like the photos!! The location was very convenient for a weekend at Zions, definitely check this out for your next camping trip!!

Such a perfect space for our get away. Cathy’s casita is cute, cozy and comfortable. It provided everything we needed.

We booked a stay here in Kanab to be centrally located to Zion and Bryce and it was! This time of year anything around Bryce is closed or too expensive so having a shorter drive to Zion and a little bit longer to Bryce was definitely worth is as Bryce is more of a scenic view kind of place versus a hikers dream. We stayed in unit 22 and it was separate than the rest so if it’s available I definitely recommend 22! You have your own fire place and you’re not sharing a wall with others. The heater worked amazing, it was hovering around 8-32 degrees and we kept the heat inside between 68-72 with no issues the entire time. The host responded quickly to our questions and everyone in the town was super friendly! Thank you!

We were lucky that the area was empty during our stay. Kristen is very communicative. She responds immediately to our emails. We had an issue with heat but she was able to resolve promptly. It was a good stay.
