Ski-in/out vacation rentals in Kamikawa District

Thirteen of our line of people stayed in this house and the place that most attracted us was the number of bathrooms and toilets, which is very important for our size.The space is also just the size of the space, allowing people to chat and dine comfortably together.The communication with the host was very smooth and the response was quick and effective.It is also very easy to access the ski slopes.Highly recommend for large groups!

Johnny’s place was amazing, and he was an amazing host! There is plenty of space at Kame House, and it has everything you need while giving you a taste of living in a more traditional Japanese home. It’s perfect for those with a car, who might need to do a bit of remote work, and want to try the small town life in Hokkaido. The wifi is fast, the heater is warm, the shower is plenty hot with excellent flow. The town has a bit of everything you might need very close by. Johnny provided a lot of helpful guidance on the house as well as the surrounding area - where places are located, when they close, what’s good, you name it. He even made time to hang out with us and introduce us to some local people and places. If only I had found this place earlier in my trip, I would have stayed here longer! This was by far the best part of a 5 week snowboarding/backcountry/sightseeing trip all over Hokkaido. I will never forget my experience with Johnny and Kame House, and I hope to visit again!

We had a great stay at Yuki's place. It had everything we needed for our family of four. The Gondola at the ski resort is only a 5 minute walk, a Lawson down the street, lots of small restaurants and food trucks. Would definitely recommend!

The facility was nice and location is good for people if they drove (this was no issue as we knew this before booking). Room was clean and facility was well equiped. Very nice place. Communication required some google translating which meant certain things got lost in translation

We loved staying here. There was plenty of room for 4 people to sleep and relax together. The 2 bathrooms and laundry room were perfect for our needs. And the location and setup was perfect for our Furano ski vacation.

The landlord is Chinese, very warm, and gave us a lot of travel advice.Give us a lot of good food guidance and don't step on thunder!The last night also showed us the 3rd generation Izakaya!This trip is just like having a host!

We had a great stay! The location was perfect; a short walk to the Kitanomine Gondola and restaurants nearby. The host was friendly and gave clear instructions.

We had an amazing time staying here. A massive thank you to Celine and Kathy who were both very helpful and attentive. Great location. Easy walk to the ski slopes. Nice cafe, very close around the corner. A bus stop right outside helps with getting around.

It was exactly what it claimed to be - basic but clean and warm in the snow. It was close to good restaurants and the coffee shop next door was great. Provided you expect to spend the days on the slopes, it works well.
