Amazing place to be Very clean and the view is amazing

Guney was our point of contact. He was incredibly helpful at every stage of our journey. Guided us to the apartment and met us and made us feel very welcome, even organised our transfer back to the airport. The apartment is absolutely stunning. Really modern but welcoming. Gorgeous exterior too. The pool and terrace absolutely lovely. Turgutreis was quiet, however it is the end of the season. Bodrum is a 15 minute taxi ride away and is about 750 Turkish Lira each way. Beautiful City with loads of history and wandering the cobbled streets was amazing fun. We went to a really good pizza restaurant in Bodrum called Arka. Very reasonable and fabulous service. Pizzas were really good. Guney and the team really made our holiday, we will definitely be back to stay

Wow what an experience! Peaceful but at the same time close to everything. A hidden gem. Evdokia was a total please to deal with the whole experience was hassle free just what you would want when on holiday. Cannot recommend enough and can't wait to go back!!! The thought of this beautiful place will be forever in our memories.

Cute apartment in a prime position with a beautiful view of the island Telendos. Spacious living room with well equipped kitchen. The beautiful Mirties beach is within walking distance and two delicious tavernas just a few steps away. Mirties is wonderfully calm in comparison to the more touristic Masouri... Check-in and check-out were utterly smooth and Helle was a great host!!

Geraldine was extremely helpful when we were finally able to communicate with each other when we arrived. The house was just what we were hoping for and as described in the listing. Geraldine made sure we had everything we needed and offered extensive information on things to do, what to see and where to eat. We lived our stay in Katapola. Thank you Geraldine.

Very peaceful and private place close to water, super market and excellent walk ability, kousina restaurant has Chinese food close by.

Ms. Esra and her brother were very helpful and interested. They donate quickly to any problems. The location of the house was central, very close to the beach and the market. The house was generally clean. We stayed on the ground floor, the table in the garden was good for us. Thank you.

To get picked up from the port by an open-hearted being like Renata, let you feel welcomed right away and to get a brief 'how to Nisyros' from your host, makes everything easier than communication with a key box. To me Nisyros was a very calming, relaxing, recharging place to explore and the 14 days were perfect. If it is an option for you, i highly recommend to rather rent an E-Bike than something faster, if time allows it, and that's already the thing...take your time for Nisyros if possible. I'm still fantasizing everyday about also hiking more, if there is a next time. I just fell in love with the place. And Renata aka CIA of Greece. She is always helpful if something comes up and somehow is 'always around' but you have all the alone time and private space you need. Our stay in this house left only pleasant impressions! 🏡✨ The house is very cozy and the panoramic view is just magical - every morning started with stunning scenery that lifted our spirits. 🌅 There were some minor comments on the quality of cleaning upon check-in, but the host responded instantly and organized a re-cleaning, so the issue was quickly resolved. Overall, the host was incredibly responsive: promptly helped with any issues, ordered extra blankets and comforter covers, cleaned the pool and even fixed the air conditioning. Was always on call and responded almost instantly. 📞 All in all, the vacation was comfortable and we were pleased with both the house itself and the attentiveness of the host. Thank you for your hospitality! 💙

The house was exactly as described. Koksal could not have been a better host so accomodating and helpful nothing was a problem. Made suggestions and advised on what to do, went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. I have used Airbnb throughout the world and Koksal and his house is one of the best experiences we have had both in the accommodation and hosting.

Amazing seaview!!! Two identical ensuite bedrooms. Pool is nice and deep. There are some restaurants/cafes nearby. Dim is a great host. Responsive, and he made check-in easy. Bedsheets and towels were changed every 3 days when we were there. The listing is on a steep slope, walkable but if you're feeling lazy, we took a cab most evenings at Myrties outside Super Market Stalas. It cost €5-6.

Our stay at La Boheme Ashram was fantastic! It was a last minute booking for us (<8 hours) and Soli made sure that everything was taken care of despite being half way around the world! He was extremely attentive during our stay, and the villa was exactly what we were looking for near Yalikavak. Soli's place is a perfect choice if you're looking to combine privacy and luxury. A++

Even though it was October in this villa, we had unforgettable days from the summer with a warm weather. The villa greeted us with its magnificent view when we first entered. The furniture is stylish, modern and very tastefully furnished, it made us feel special from the first moment. It was a magnificent detail that all bedrooms had unobstructed views of the sea and had their own bathroom-WC in each room. We didn't have a fight in which room to stay in:) All the items you might need in the kitchen have been considered. We prepared both breakfast and dinner just by shopping for Sundays and Groceries. In fact, we intended to have breakfast in the villa and eat out in the evening. But we didn't want to miss that gorgeous sunset with a view of the kitchen. Cooking had never been such a pleasure. The barbecue corner of the villa was also very well thought out. We enjoyed a nice barbecue on a warm Mediterranean evening. It was also easy for us to have a washing machine and dryer. We have a good reason to choose the villa again.

The host was beneficial and accommodating, and the house was terrific. It can comfortably accommodate one or even two families (up to 8 people). All facilities and amenities were excellent. The host was flexible with our check-out time and generously allowed us a few extra hours, which we truly appreciated. He was kind, cooperative, and clearly eager to make sure his guests had the best experience possible. I highly recommend staying with him, and I will definitely be visiting this place again.

We enjoyed Vedat’s home! We wish we could have stayed longer. It was so relaxing to sit out on their covered balcony. The kitchen had absolutely everything we needed and more! We will be back thank you!!

The house is in a convenient location very close to Skala and with many amenities within walking distance. In addition, it has a beach under the house for those who want to wake up early. Comfortable spaces, terrace, veranda, . Privacy, silence. Very well cared for in the typical island decor. Emily was very kind and welcomed us in person despite the late arrival time. She's a special person like her vacation home. A great experience to repeat

Unbeatable beachfront location, and easy base to explore Kalymnos by bus or taxi. great cafes and restaurants within 100m along the beach in either direction. highly recommend this slice of paradise!

We had a very nice time at Ms. Yonca's house. The house was very clean. The location and view of the house was great. There was a beach just in front of the house, but the sea is very nice on the sides of Akyarlar and Akçabük, it is a must. We want to come back on our next vacation.

Kalliope's place is located on the main street than runs through Mandraki main town. Spacious, comforting and located near all of the towns offerings. Kalliope will give you food reccomendations, suggestions for beaches and other local attractions like the island's volcano.

great location walking distance to the beach, shops, nightlife. we were seven people, which was fine as there were three bedrooms and a sofa bed in the living room. There should have been a little more cutlery, but that's also the only point of attention. very nice about Stavros is that he responds quickly, thinks along and in our case organized transport to and from the airport. We accidentally broke the bowl, but he also doesn't make much of that (of course we compensate him for this). all in all had a great week in this beautiful and spacious house in Kos. Thanks!!

How do you describe a magical place like this?! It’s like being James Bond when he quits secret agent life and retires to a secluded villa (only to be called back when someone he is loyal to is in trouble). Every moment is almost too much to absorb, you want to savor every second. Thank you for creating such perfect place!

The view and the house are breathtaking, and the host is super helpful. They arranged transportation for us and took us to a market right after we checked in. They are very friendly and let us stay there later than the standard checkout time. There are just a few misunderstandings about the five beds. There are not five bedrooms; one room doesn’t have a view and is outside the other rooms. Make sure you’re getting enough stuff you might need from the market. The location is inconvenient for getting water, food, and drinks. The hotel next door was able to sell us some water and wine, but since we were not their guests, they weren’t happy about it. This is the type of house that you would want to spend all day in. I will be back again!

The apartment was in a great position with outstanding views the host on site was very helpful. However on our trip we have visited 4 islands and stayed in 5 Airbnb and this place was the only one to charge the environmental fee of €10 per night so be mindful if you book here …otherwise I would recommend as it’s in a stunning location. The best beach nearby is Pandeli beach and we recommend George’s beach bar.
