Vacation rentals with beach access in Kalamaria Municipality

A very modern and beautiful apartment very close to downtown where you will find the pedestrian areas full of shops . Restaurants and bars. The host was attentive at all times without being intrusive and very kind to the treatment. The apartment is very much. I in furnished , comfortable and very clean with many small details that can only be appreciated . We only stayed for two days but I'll be back for sure .

The place is in a good location and check-in was problem-free. In the immediate vicinity is everything you need and you can walk to almost all the sights. We were very pleased with the place. ✨

We enjoyed your stay here. The kitchen was well equipped and the beds were comfortable. The space is not huge but very cozy. For us, this was probably one of the best accommodations we found on this service.

Our stay at Marija's apartament was really comfortable. The great advantage of this place is its convenient location very close to the beach🏖️ (2 minutes walk) and at the same time in the middle of the seaside promenade. The apartment was clean, neat and minimalistic. The communication with Marija went in an easy manner, we didn't have any issues with flexible check-in and check-out👍🏼 We enjoyed our holidays in Perea! Many thanks the host🙏🏼

beautiful and clean apartment located in a peaceful area, making it an ideal choice for families with babies—(we were traveling with one baby). One of its major highlights is the private parking, which is a huge plus given the typically crowded parking areas nearby. The apartment is approximately a 25-minute walk from the city center, and practically everything you might need is available within the vicinity. I highly recommend this apartment for anyone looking to stay away from the usual crowds and noise.

Big, clean apartment, well furnished kitchen, (a microwave would've been a great plus, but not a deal breaker for us), three bedrooms and a big terrace. All the windows have mosquito nets. Just a few steps from the sea and some great restaurants. Ilias is super friendly and very responsive. We're grateful for the cold water left for us and the late checkout!

Villa Ariadni is a beautiful house, quietly and nicely located in Plagiari. We love the house and we enjoyed our stay very much. Konstantinos is the perfect host, uncomplicated and easy to approach as well as very helpful. The house has everything you need for longer stay and Konstantinos is always only a text message or phone call away, in case you need him.

Once again, all great. Consistent value.

This place is near the beach (1 minute walking) and near the airport (9 minutes driving). It has everything as described. Parking is available in front of the door. Keybox checkin and checkout any time possible. It was nice to be able to stay here.

A lovely house in the most beautiful setting, we spent a wonderful few days relaxing and enjoying the scenery.

We have stayed at Solon's place for a full month and it felt like home. We really appreciated that it was free of clutter that you usually see in other places on AirBnB. It had everything we needed and always felt so tidy and neat. The view from the terrace was amazing and we found it very calming. It was close to everything and the two bicycles provided made it easy to get around. They provided us with a high chair and cot for the baby, both in great condition.

Great place, felt right at home. Very quiet, spacious, beautiful decorated, had everything you need for a pleasant and lovely stay. Highly recommended.

Very quick to respond and very clean

Hlias was communicative and helpful with any question I had, which isn't always the case with hosts so it was a pleasant surprise to have a host who actually answered the questions I had. The place was nice, there is luggage storage on site which is a big plus if you're arriving early in the morning and want to go sightseeing or if you have some work to do. Would definitely stay there again.

Had such a comfortable stay here, really wonderful new apartment, had everything I needed to feel at home. Also very close to shops, gym, bus route to/from airport. Damianos was always so quick to respond and helped me with recommendations as well as being flexible on check-in and check-out due to my awful flight times!

Veranda Residence was just perfect for our trip to visit family in Thessaloniki and to go sightseeing. The apartment was extremely clean, well stocked with all essentials & has a great central location. The check in was very easy as the instructions were very detailed and clear. We particularly loved the balcony space! The location was perfect, so close to everything and lots of great cafes and restaurants. Will highly recommend and I would come back again.

Greg's condo was super nice, very very clean, comfortable bed, lots of kitchen amenities. This place has great location, many restaurants, coffee shops are near. The beach is like 200m away. Greg was very polite and kind. Will book again.

The apartment was perfect and within walking distance of everything we wanted to see and do. Lots of restaurants and grocery stores near by.
