Vacation rentals with a patio in Kać

Sladjana is great host, apartment is clean, beautiful, well equipped and cozy. I rented many places in Novi Sad for short stays (3-10 days), this one was the only one that supported everything I looked for. You are able basically to bring luggage and start living, with no worries is something going to miss.

First of all, Danijel is great. She communicated with us regularly. Her house was very clean. We had a problem with the water in the morning, so she let us leave the house late. It was a great experience in the center of the city. We wish you a happy new year, Danijel!

Modern and inviting apartment, perfect for a vacation. An IDEA market is located on the ground floor of the building, making your stay more convenient. The excellent location is just 10 minutes from the center of Novi Sad. Highly recommended!

The place was great

We came for few days to relax and chill at this place. Host created us well, was very friendly and helpful with instructions and recommendations. Always replied quick when needed. Pool was great to have, lots places to dine in around (restaurant Fig and Covacevici was amazing) must go. Overall wonderful stay, definitely recommend.

Very hospitable host! Ask anything, he will help. Place is beautiful and peaceful, not so far from the city (15 minutes on the public transport). Stable and fast internet, suitable for work, video meetings, watching movies. Clean air.

Clean and nice apartment, good swimming pool

Our family thanks the owners of this beautiful home from the bottom of our hearts! From the very beginning of our stay in this house we never left the feeling that we were at a relative's home! Wonderful hosts! Wonderful house! Very, very cozy and quiet! We with a small child was very comfortable! My wife is a landscape architect by profession and she noticed how lovingly done everything in this house and on its territory. But the main thing is the people! Illija’s place was a very nice and comfy little ground level unit in a good part of the city. It’s nice and quiet despite being so close to the city center. Illija was very kind and accommodating during my stay. I was here for a month and it was a very cozy little spot to be.

Ana’s place is a very good location, close to the busiest part of town, yet secluded in a way where you can get peace and quiet as well. Ana was also very helpful in accommodating a ride from the airport. Overall, a very good experience!

Very clean, and apartment is as advertised. Great location close to city Center but peaceful and quiet inside the apartment since it was a little tucked into the courtyard. Parking was protected and easy access compared to most of the city.

Danijela was a great host. She accomodated our late check-in request and greeted us at the property to make sure we have everything we needed. Her place was super clean and comfortable. Everything was as expected. Will definitely come back when I get the chance.

Highly recommend! The host is very kind. She let us check in early when the place is available. Also such a lovely and cozy place. Everything you need at home, from bandages to scissors to extra duvet to treat candy etc etc. Has a cute little courtyard with furniture and flowers. 5 minutes walking distance to the city centre, pubs, restaurants. Can not thank her enough!
