Extremely beautiful home with stunning views! Its so hard to find somewhere that is private and several other benefits but this fit them all. We will love to come again. Tugay was very great at communicating and recommending things that we needed help with. I definitely would recommend this place for anyone looking to go to turkey!

Seventh stay in Kalkan and this was the seventh different villa. All have had their charm but this one had the best sized pool and surrounding outdoor patio. There is a well-equipped modern kitchen and the lounge area is bright and comfortable. The villa was ideal for the twenty minute walk into the town centre with a cheap return taxi ride. It’s only a five minute walk to the nearest supermarket. Ismael is an excellent host and was responsive to our request for an early check-in. Having never repeated a stay in a Kalkan villa this is one that would definitely be considered for a second visit. Highly recommended

Group of 9 all had a great time. Amazing place - amenities were fantastic. The pool, sauna and kids pool were excellent. Recommend heating the pool if travelling out of summer - for €40 a day the pool was very comfortable to swim. Very clean and easy to get around from the villa. Highly recommended!

We spent our honeymoon in Kevin's gorgeous villa, met by Mehmet on arrival who is so lovely but very discreet in the mornings to sort the pool. Kalkan is utterly beautiful with so many friendly people, amazing places to visit & eat & drink. Definitely recommend. Kevin was very friendly & helpful & attentive. Thank you so much, we will definitely be back.

Kerem was a fantastic host. I couldn’t fault a single thing. Always responded quickly with any questions I needed answering before and during our stay. The villa was even better in person. Honestly a fantastic experience. Thank you Kerem!

Great experience, although the location of the villa is a little far away, the uber and taxi are convenient, and the house is comfortable and clean!

Deniz hosted us and he was very friendly and easy to communicate with. He gave us recommendations and helped us reserve paragliding in Oludeniz. We had a comfortable stay at the apartment. The shared pool is very nice and well maintained. Two small cons were the floors and some chairs were a little dusty and the wifi wasn't the fastest. Overall we enjoyed our stay.

Perfect base prior to Gulet trip. Nicer than the photos, lovely bedding. 2 open plan bedrooms closed off with curtains, plenty of room for family of 4. Migros nearby for self catering groceries.

We spent very nice 10 days at the house. Oliver helped us a lot with lots of tips about the surrounding area. Also just staying in the garden was a nice change on some days.

Very cute village house, everything you need in the house. It has a magnificent garden. It is right in Kayaköy and on foot, you can easily reach everything you need and you have the opportunity to visit the historical Kayaköy. 20 min by car to the city center I recommend going to the cold water bay, we love it. We are always traveling with our dog. The garden of the house is very suitable for the dog. But we had a very sad incident the day we checked in. Our dog beat up one of the chickens around the house and killed him. We also apologize to my host for this again. Also, thank you so much for your understanding. I am really sorry. In summary, we came back with a lot of pleasure from our holiday. Be sure to experience this house. I love it. Happy holidays to everyone in advance.

Thank you very much for a lovely stay at your home. The house had everything we needed as a family to have a relaxing holiday. We felt at home. The garden is very beatiful. Ziya was always responsive and welcoming and Mr Zafar was very helpful.

The house was just like in the photos. The items aren't new, but they're not old enough to feel uncomfortable. Cleanliness was good. Kitchen supplies are sufficient for minimum needs. The washing machine and the dishwasher are old, but they do work. It only took a bit of time to find the quick wash schedules at first. The garden and pool are very good for families with children. There are aparthotels around the house, but the garden and pool are not visible from apart hotels because the trees are long and ivy. Although the pool and garden are partially visible from the villa next door, the neighbors almost never went to the balcony or window. The pool was clean and maintained daily. The downstairs was closed. Ms. Oya's mother did not stay there. The house has an energy that makes you feel at home and we were satisfied with our stay.

We stayed here with a large group of friends. We were really satisfied, both the location of the house, the cleanliness of the house and the equipment of the house were very sufficient. We spent a lot of time in the pool, it was cleaned regularly and having a seating area was very conducive to spending time. Since the house is in the foothills, it was more spacious than usual, but it was not far from the center at all, I arrived at 30 minutes on foot, and we arrived in 8 minutes by car. Me and my friends would recommend it blindfolded. Thank you so much for everything 💛

We had the most amazing time, the villa was stunning and we very sad to go home. Pool was great a family of 5 (2 adults 3 children) it was perfect, one side a metre deep and the other 2 metres. Never felt unsafe at property very private and secure. A gardener came most days to water plant and tidy outside. local house management Mehmet was great very easy to get hold of. He bought us the large bottles of water at a cost of Approx 130tl and he does a lovely wine as well at 350tl per bottle. Great location very central to old town. Small shop, butchers & veg shop next door 50 metres, bigger supermarket Migros is still only the next street down. Thurs market 150m down the road. However I must stress Kalkan is built on a hill and even though the old town is 10 min walk down hill walking back it’s tough. Even to the migros can be hard work. If your in the town I would get a taxi for 150tl. Traffic is a bit mad around the place as well. We loved this place 100% recommendations.

Overall the apartment was very pleasant. Especially the balcony with amazing mountain views! There is also a swimming pool on the common area, with a great view. Free parking lot along the building. In my opinion, the apartment has the best location, away from the noisy center, among coniferous trees. At the same time, you can safely walk to the center in a couple of minutes. Unfortunately, we were unable to connect wi fi not on one of the devices. Levent was very friendly and answered questions instantly. Thank you so much!

Very nice villa seers felt comfortable

A very pleasant stay, easy accessible to shops and restaurants, very accommodating just unsure if we had to wash towels, which we did, but weather wasn’t too good to get the towels dry quick enough. Probably recommend a tumble dryer in unsettled weather. Apart from that, it was a lovely stay for my family. A Highly recommended villa.

Kaan was very responsive and helpful. He greeted us during check-in and was always available to answer questions. While the house was much older than the pictures described both in terms of wall paints and furniture, it was clean and beautiful. We had everything we needed and I recommend the place

We really liked the house and the site, it was very close to both the sea and the center in terms of location, and you can reach the sea and the center in 10 minutes on foot. The house was clean, calm, the neighbors were friendly-helpful. It is very suitable for a family stay, there is air conditioning in each room, the sea view on the balcony and on the terrace, the interior design of the house is very nice. The host is caring, kind, when we had a question, they took care of it right away and sent someone to help. We came a long way with my family and they helped us get in 2 hours early. There are only two missing TVs, but there is no satellite - I think this is due to the fact that the people who stay are usually foreign, there is internet, but there is no reception: (Thanks to the instructions provided by the host, we knew the house as our own home, so we adapted very comfortably, thank you for everything:) ! If we stay in Kalkan again, it will definitely be the best option I can think of!

We loved our stay at Sunshine Villa. Would have liked to stay longer, but only found it at the last minute and unfortunately it was already booked for extra dates. The pictures actually don’t do this Villa justice. It was lovely and comfortable and the pool is fantastic. Having the TV channels meant I didn’t miss too much of the Olympics either. The neighbourhood was quiet and it was a five minute walk to grocery shops and local restaurants, which we found to be great value. It took us about 15 minutes to walk down to the seafront at Calis with a lot of restaurant and shop choices. We loved the water taxi that took a 30min trip to Fetiye. Our communication with Bob was excellent, always quick to respond and very informative. I would highly recommend this Villa and we really hope we get to come back again in the future.

Beautiful, well-equipped, clean and well-kept house in a good and quiet location overlooking the sea. Communication with the host was spot-on and friendly. All in all highly recommended. It matches the description and the pictures show the current condition. Check in was easy. Each room and the living area has an air conditioner. Garden area is a good size with several seating and outdoor grill. Bright and Mediterranean atmosphere, not cluttered yet cozy. We had booked for 7 adults, but were only 5 in the end. The space was more than sufficient. Many thanks to the host and the always responsive housekeeping on site.

Great family friendly accommodation, ideal for 3-6 people. Location wise perfect, literally in Kalkan centre and you can easily walk to the beach. We also enjoyed our balcony view. I can definitely recommend the apartment.
