Hypercenter apartment combining charm and design

Amateurs d'art contemporain et tableaux d'art numérique, préparez-vous à être conquis. Véritable havre de paix et de sérénité, cet appartement mêle subtilement charme de l'ancien et confort moderne. Notre appartement est chaleureux et personnalisé avec une vue directe sur le château depuis le salon . Notre décoration est inspirée de nos nombreux voyages et de nos expériences dans les grands salons Français et Internationaux du design. Nous adorons également l'art contemporain et l'art numérique, vous pourrez donc profitez de plusieurs œuvres originales d'artistes parisiens que nous apprécions particulièrement (J.Stark, ADO...). Nous pourrons vous conseiller sur les sites à ne pas manquer , ainsi que quelques très bonnes adresses de restaurants....sur Pau et aux environs. Vous pourrez vous garer sur le parking de la place de Verdun (à 150m de l'appartement) : 1€/demi-journée du lundi au samedi de 8h30 à 12h30 et 14h à 18h.Il est gratuit en dehors de ces horaires et le dimanche. L'appartement est à votre entière disposition. Je ne suis pas toujours sur Pau mais mes parents se feront un plaisir de vous accueillir et de vous guider tout au long de votre séjour si besoin. Ce logement est idéalement situé, à proximité immédiate du château de Henri IV et des sites emblématiques de Pau avec ses immeubles classés. Un petit marché de primeurs se tient au pied de l'immeuble chaque dimanche matin. Au pied de l'immeuble vous trouverez un système de location de vélo et l’arrêt de bus gratuit pour sillonner l'ensemble du centre ville. Vous avez la gare de Pau à moins de 10 min à pieds. En voiture, vous avez la possibilité de vous garer en bas de l'immeuble (15mn offertes /Jour), ce qui permet de décharger vos valises ou vos courses tranquillement.A noter que cette rue est bloquée tous les dimanches de 6h à 14h par un marché de proximité. Il n'est pas autorisé de stationner dans cette rue pendant ce laps de temps. A 150m de l'appartement se trouve le grand parking de la place de Verdun avec 1300 places : 1€/demi-journée du lundi au samedi de 8h30 à 12h30 et 14h à 18h.Il est gratuit en dehors de ces horaires et le dimanche. Les produits de base sont fournis pour cuisiner (condiments, huile, vinaigre...) ainsi que d'autres produits pour le petit déjeuner (café, thé, sucre...). Une connexion wifi est mise à disposition. Le linge de lit, draps sont fournis ainsi que les serviettes de toilettes. Vous disposerez également de lessive pour la machine à laver qui fait également sèche linge. Information concernant le couchage, si vous êtes 2 et que vous souhaitez utiliser le canapé lit, un supplément de 7,5 euros par nuit sera à régler directement à votre arrivée. Merci de nous indiquer ce cas de figure afin que nous puissions préparer ce couchage supplémentaire. Afin de faciliter votre arrivée ou afin de vous faire découvrir quelques produits de notre terroir nous vous proposons, sur option payante, de mettre à votre disposition un petit déjeuner à votre arrivée, un coffret terroir, ou un coffret prestige. Merci de nous indiquer si vous souhaiter bénéficier de cette option. Un document descriptif vous sera adressé si vous le souhaitez. A NOTER: Au prix de votre séjour dans cet établissement s’ajoute une taxe de séjour perçue par l’hébergeur pour le compte de la Communauté d’Agglomération Pau Béarn Pyrénées et du Conseil Départemental des Pyrénées-Atlantiques. Welcome to my little paradise !

Whether you are looking for a relaxing haven or a place to celebrate with friends I will do my utmost to make your stay as enjoyable as possible. Since opening my gîte I have had the pleasure of hosting yoga retreates, birthday parties and get togethers amongst friends. In addition I have an authentic wood fired sauna and a traditional pizza oven. Nearby there are vineyards for wine tasting, excellent restaurants and beautiful countryside walks. The gîte sleeps 6, 2 double beds available too

An independent and unique place to stay, really close to the lovely town of Pau (max 10 minutes) but secluded and peaceful, with 3 hectares of garden and woodland to enjoy. In the beautiful foothills of the Pyrenees, amidst Jurancon vineyards. A cozy barn conversion, 2 bedrooms each with own bathroom, and a woodburner. Private parking, snappy wifi. Great for individuals, couples or small families. All that you need to relax - there is even a gorgeous yoga and meditation studio on site.

Plus qu'un logement, c'est une expérience que je vous propose. Venez vivre en pleine nature, en harmonie avec l'environnement. Écouter les oiseaux, admirer les étoiles et les Pyrénées .. Habillée de pierre et de bois, la cabane comprend une pièce. Vous dormirez sous les toits sur la petite mezzanine à laquelle mène un escalier de bois brut.
