A great place to stay, 100% recommended

This place is fantastic! It’s got a great location, and there are tons of great restaurants and things to do right around it. It was clean and had everything we needed. We had a great time here, and it was perfect for our group of 10.

I traveled to Coyoacan with a fellow teacher and three 13 year old students from Canada we were participating in the Flute Festival at the UNAM. Casa Bola was the perfect choice for our group. I needed a super safe space, close to all amenities, where we could also come back to rest after a long day in classes and concerts. This was the perfect place. Were were really lucky that it was available. I would highly recommend Casa Bola to any type of visitor, but specially people looking for a quiet, private and peaceful stay in Coyoacan. This house has the best possible location, which is around the corner from multiple restaurants, including one of the best vegan restaurants in the entire city. There are two of the best taquerias just one to two blocks away, but the tourist centre of Coyoacan it's just far away enough that the house is super private and quiet. We did not find a good supermarket nearby, but we recommend getting groceries delivered by Walmart! We loved Casa Bola!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Martin's lovely house. The bedrooms are all comfortable and private. The concrete and tile bathtub in the primary suite is beautiful and relaxing! The house is a bit of a walk from the main part of Coyoacan, but it's a nice walk. Felt very safe. The house got a bit cold as we were there in late December, but the chill was offset by the sweet holiday decorations they left for us! Just make sure you take sweaters and warm socks if you are there in winter :) Martin was a great host - clear communication and was as flexible as he could be with our check in/out needs. We would love to stay there again.

Ximena’s place was amazing, it is a beautiful home with lots of space, natural light and lovely furnishings. Ximena was a great host, she made many recommendations and helped us with reservations which was not expected but very much appreciated. She was very responsive and came to the house very quickly when we needed help with something. 10/10 recommend.

We loved our stay at Myfanwy’s home. It was a very cozy and beautiful space. We loved being able to walk around Coyoacán with its many parks/plazas and restaurants. Myfanwy was very responsive with any questions or needs. The WiFi was great and I was able to work on Zoom without a problem, unlike our previous hotel. I highly recommend this home and host.

Very responsive and friendly host who greeted us on arrival and showed us around the house. Even offered to give us a lift to the laundromat so we wouldn't have to carry our clothes through the street. Great location. Very easy to walk to everything in Coyoacan and easy to get into the city by taking a bus to the subway. Quiet and pretty neighbourhood. The double bed is comfortable but small - if one of you is tall you may find it a squeeze. There are two comfortable twin beds in a different room.

The accommodation is super comfortable, the place is easy to access, you can move very easily to any area of the city, the attention on arrival was excellent, with kindness and clear instructions.

We cannot say enough good things about our experience at Osvaldo + Werner’s home. Their home is absolutely stunning and unique. This is paired with their warm and kind personalities. From delicious breakfast every day to playing with the dogs we loved our stay. There was so much thought and detail put into having guests and we would recommend to anyone.

The house is exactly as seen in the photos, lots of space and nice environment. Being such a large house, it is cold, but each room has its own heater (also its own fan). The arcade machine as mentioned in many reviews is not working yet, but I already knew it and there is no major problem with it. The TVs have roku and it is easy to use. The heater works and heats the water to perfection. They fit up to 3 medium pickup trucks. Excellent choice for large groups.

The place matches the photos , but what I liked most is that it has a terrace, to work for a while there , have a coffee or have your dogs walk. I loved it Also the super attentive host always !!! Servicial, attentive and made sure we were comfortable I would definitely go back to this place.
