We had a great stay! Check-in was seamless, and parking was extremely easy, which made arriving stress-free. The town is quaint and charming, adding to the overall experience. The apartment itself is beautifully decorated, cozy, and well-maintained. The kitchen was well-equipped with everything needed to cook a meal, and we especially appreciated the thoughtful touches like the provided spices and olive oil. The bathroom was convenient, though it’s worth noting that you do have to walk through the bedroom to access it—not an issue for two people, but something to keep in mind. While the couch wasn’t the most comfortable for lounging and watching TV, the overall space was warm and inviting. There was some street noise, but nothing too disruptive. All in all, it was a wonderful stay, and I would absolutely recommend it. Five stars!

Regie’s place felt like a cozy home away from home. We were happy to find such a nice place close to our families place. Everything we needed was provided. The rooms were so cozy and you could tell how much thought was put into the comfort of the home. We will definitely come back when we need to rent a place for our family!

My daughter and I took a quick trip to tour ETSU as a potential college. We needed a safe and clean place to stay for the night. Our host was incredibly helpful and communicative throughout the entire process. The accommodations were very safe and clean. I know exactly where we will stay when we return. Cozy place, relatively close to everything, and clean!

Everything was as advertised. Peaceful area with great access to all the city has to offer. Great host, easy access into and out of the property. Definitely recommend to anyone visiting Johnson City, TN.

We were traveling thru and this was a halfway point for us. The house is less than a mile from I-81. Gas, groceries and restaurants are close by and convenient. The neighborhood was very quiet. We appreciated the motion lights making it easy to find our way in and out. We have family in the area and will keep this place in mind the next we come thru. Thanks for the hospitality and accommodating our last minute booking.

Sarah went out of her way to make her home very accommodating. There were K cups (coffee) and a few snacks. The home was very clean and well kept. Location is within easy walking distance to Holston Valley, Medical Center as well as the Kingsport greenway.

We had a lovely visit. The kitchen was well stocked, the place was clean, the beds were comfortable, and James was very responsive.

The house was located in a peaceful surrounding and had a view of the city lights from the back deck. It was a very pleasant experience. The kitchen was well equipped. There was no street noise to disturb. It was especially nice to have one of the bedrooms with its own attached bathroom. This gave both my friend and myself privacy when we needed it. The owner was very good about communicating with us and it was very helpful that they had printed instructions as to what needed to be done before checkout. I would recommend this home to anyone.

Carrie was welcoming and made sure we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. She is proactive and a very responsive communicator. The space was spotless and beautiful on the inside, just like the photos. I would definitely recommend this place and look forward to staying again.

We needed a few nights stay in Johnson City for a beauty pageant . This was a great place to stay and close to many shops and restaurants. Would stay again !

I felt right at home as soon as I walked in. Very Spacious and clean. I happened to pull my back out which is not something that has ever happened to me before but the master bedroom bed was adjustable and massaged my back. It was a life saver for my next day at work. It was very quiet even though one of walls is adjoined to a neighbor. Never heard any noises. Bathrooms were extremely clean. The floors were well maintained so much that I didn't want to wear my work boots inside and mess anything up. I will definitely stay there again if I'm in the area.

great place took back in the corner against the woods.. very close to you the gray City and Johnson City.. lovely little two bedroom with pull in garage

This condo was a very nice place, with all of the comforts of home, and located in a convenient andsafe location.. The kitchen was well outfitted, the living room cozy, the beds comfortable and the bathrooms clean and modern. Robbie was very cordial and responsive to our messages.
