Beachfront vacation rentals in Jomtien Beach

Fantastic location and home to spend a wonderful family holiday. Spacious house (even better than what pictures show!), where u find all you need for your stay (and if you don't Miss Black will help you with that). So peaceful and quiet compound, the best surprise was the direct access to a totally uncrowded beach. Kath has been a fantastic host and I would reccomend everyone who wants to spend peaceful time as well as some remote work to come visit here.

super helpful host, we are absolutely grateful for the early checking. * easy to locate, all thanks to the description given by host. * location is perfect... mins away from beach, 7-eleven, restaurants, cafes etc * huge plus for the bigg laundry room, we kept our luggage here saving us the pain of carrying it up the steep stairs. * my kids enjoyed playing in the front porch. * kitchen is perfect if u love cooking. in all it's a perfect house, if u don't mind the steep stairs...we enjoyed our stay, will definitely book again.

Kanjana place was a rare find in every sense .the caretaker Khun Nui was gem of a person , made us feel like at home. while there aren't many food choices nearby, the Viewmare resturant is worth it. the best part is location which is so peaceful and quiet , yet close enough to main Pattaya city. it's a perfect family getaway.

Pupae is a very friendly host and the place is perfect for a getaway to the coast.

it was so near to beach and we were getting tuk tuk to go to walking street per person 10Bhat and while coming also we got tuk tuk after getting down it was walkable distance.the room was tidy and hygiene.loved the place .I recommend for people who loves to stay near beach.

The place is clean, just like the pictures at night. The pool is beautiful. Close to the beach. The owner is friendly. Will stay again.

Very nice place to stay and amazing host. Very helpful and responsive host. Easy check in and check out process. The host came to give our deposit back at 5 am in the morning because we had to check out at that time, and i felt that it was very kind of him

We had a great stay at Uncle Noom's house. The host was always responsive and friendly. The house was great and has everything you may need and more! We were pleasantly surprise and enjoyed all the little details of the organization in the house. It is well thought out and clearly arranged with the experience of living in it. The location is right in between the beach and the wet market. Easy to get supplies and enjoy a BBQ by the pool/jacuzzi. We seriously enjoyed our weekend!

I loved the stay at this Place ! 15-20 min ride to pattaya downtown, calm, lots of food nearby ! Pool and washing maschine in the building ! Would 100% come back :)!!

Jack’s place was everything we expected. Great views, all amenities provided, clean and a comfortable bed. Close to the night market for amazing foods and right at the foot of Jomtien Beach. Couldn’t be more satisfied. Will stay again.

The house is big and clean,very suitable for group vacation and the location is good.

A great place for a bigger group a little bit out of the craziness of main areas. The bedrooms have A/C but the common spaces only have fans, not a problem but just something to be aware of. Overall a great place! I would choose here again.

Rafael and Janejira are quick to respond, usually within minutes. Khun Aey who was the aunt of Janejira lives nearby and available at all times. We loved the place. Beach is located across the house. The road in between the house and the beach is a dead-end road, therefore, traffic is low except for people going to the restaurants. There are 5 floors with elevator access to each floor. Total of 10 bedrooms, with 6 of them facing the sea. The bedrooms are located on 2nd, 3rd and 4th floor. The first floor is the dinning room, kitchen, small sitting area and the pool. The 5th floor is the lounge with huge sofa, huge screen TV and pool table. Each bedroom is equipped with coffee machine, small refrigerator and bathroom. Lots of good seafood restaurants within steps of the house and a convenient store within a block of house. We absolutely love the house and one of the best AirBnB that I have stayed in. Highly recommend.

Really good location, on 26th floor, with an incredible sea view from the living room and from master bedroom! Flat is brand new, really good!

Nook was a very kind and accommodating host. She always made sure we had everything we needed. The place was spacious, comfortable and very well equipped for a long stay. The pool and the garden surrounding the property were very relaxing, and the staff as well as neighbours made us feel welcome. Also, the beach nearby is easy to access and offers tranquility as well as amazing sunsets. The only little downside were the two construction sites both in front of and behind the house, making it hard to sleep late or work from home in some occasions. This is of course not the host’s fault but I would just advise to message her prior to your booking to make sure the renovations are over. Also do keep in mind that it is located next to a highway in the middle of two cities, so walking to convenience stores etc. could be a bit challenging. But we rented scooters in Bang Saray and it was just fine. Amazing deal for sure ! Thanks for hosting us, we had a great stay in your peaceful.

The space is beautiful and very well taken care of, with modern layout. Hosts were kind, hospitable, and chill. Great view of the gulf and great layout. Essentials on hand. For my family of 4 with teen girls the space was PERFECT. Wish we were closer to Pattaya, and local nightlife but place was centrally located to tourist attractions so worked well. Host extremely attentive and friendly. Waterfront view which feels serene, local spot diagonally across with great food and reasonable rates. Highly recommend. A small local grocery near by as well. Good for basics like bread, butter, water, etc. The swanky hotel venues to the left and right are pretty pricy, choose wisely. There is a dude just across that may occasionally vibe out on karaoke. NBD for my family. if you have young kids that need to go to bed on the earlier side (before 8 pm), this may not be ideal. Otherwise a great spot and worth the stay!
