I had the chance to stay nearly 5 months at Eliane's in Joinville as part of my university exchange at UDESC, and the experience was exceptional. The accommodation is in a great location, just 15 minutes walk from the university, in a quiet and pleasant area. The apartment is perfectly equipped, clean, and very comfortable. Eliane is a remarkable host: always available, attentive, and warm. She made sure everything went smoothly throughout our stay, and her tips on the city were valuable. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking to stay in Joinville!

An excellent option for those seeking tranquility and a great structure for the family. The apartment is very equipped, that makes us feel at home. It has a nice grill with equipment. The pools serve well. The beach is quiet, without crowding, loud music, family environment, with lives in the season and few vendors. We stayed with our 3-year-old son and it was so much fun, every day of sunshine, we enjoyed a lot. I recommend to those looking for tranquility, enjoy a beach and swimming pool with the family. The condominium has shops on the front, but it's also easy to get to the city center by car.

Excellent apartment, I found it even better in person than in the photos , everything extremely beautiful, super-equipped kitchen, had absolutely everything, all very good airs, comfortable beds, and the condominium itself is great too , it has a market , cafeteria and restaurants, the pools always clean every day , the view of the rooms were beautiful , I was more than satisfied , the hostess who attended us, the mag, a darling , helped us and welcomed us very well!

There is a loading and unloading area in front of the entrance of the building blocks, the garages are in a specific building, close by, but necessary to unload the car before placing it in the space. The vacancy is wide, easy to park. The beach is practically private for the residents of the condominium, with excellent balneability. The condominium has shops on the ground floor of the garage building. We found the Vila Market, with the essentials for everyday life, supplied our needs. There are two coffee makers and the 7 Mares restaurant, which serves portions on the beach (order by cell phone), as well as executive dishes during lunch and burgers in the evening. Barra Velha has larger supermarkets nearby, but it is necessary to use the car. We had a great experience and we recommend the space.
