We were 10 children and 8 adults.We had a great time,a beautiful house and spacious gardens. The pool was the perfect size for the children but had enough room for us all.We felt we had a legitimate French experience in a local village.Plenty to do in surrounding areas. Cecile was very responsive to my many queries in advance of our trip.

Very pleasant family weekend under a beautiful winter sun, peaceful place. Functional house albeita little cluttered. Awesome SPA and full of toys and amenities for the kids.

We had a short but nice stay at Maxime's place. The hot tub is ideal for disconnecting and resting for a weekend, not too far from Paris. The place deserves a little refresh in places but the value for money is good. Thank you very much.

A wonderful stay at Daniel's gite. Practical and tastefully decorated. On the outskirts of a small village and therefore the feeling close to nature to stay. The garden was very pleasant and reasonably sheltered. The hosts were extremely friendly and give me a lot of privacy. Can highly recommend this place.

I lived for a few weeks in this little haven of peace and I only have one thing to say: it feels great in this apartment! Is it the decor? Wood, stones, books? I don't know. Anyway, I recommend it+++ In addition, it is a 5-minute walk from the center: small restaurants, terraces, shopping ...without the inconveniences of the city because it is very quiet. A few minutes away too, beautiful walks on the banks of the Yonne. Rich heritage in this department.

Perfect house to stay with a large group of friends. We were there to attend a wedding nearby. The house looks way better in person than in the pictures. For the check-in, it was difficult to contact the host as his phone was not working, but else, he was very responsive. Too bad we went on February, else we could have enjoyed the pool and bbq as well.

We had a fantastic time at Richard's place. perfect place to relax amongst the beautiful landscape. He was highly responsive and sent through plenty of information. it was the perfect escape after a busy period.

Edward, Yvonne and their family are very nice. We were warmly welcomed and everything was shown and explained to us in detail. If you had any problems or questions, someone was right there. But if you want your peace and quiet, you will also be left alone. Perfect for everyone. The place is perfect for large as well as small groups. Whether with friends or family, there is something for everyone. It was very clean and the property is super well maintained. All in all, we had the perfect vacation. A beautiful house! I made a lot of rentals but this one is fine. The kindness, kindness, and hospitality of the owner are really great. Photos don't pay homage to the place. It's much bigger and more beautiful in real life. The bedding is very good. The appliances are clean and functional. There's nothing missing. I'll be back for sure. I recommend it for people looking for calm, the pleasure of a jacuzzi and the grandeur and beauty of well laid out and clean places. Again a big thank you to Arnaud for everything.

A typical French house in the French countryside, exactly what you introduce yourself to. Unfortunately, we did not use the swimming pool much because of the cold weather. The communication with Anne is very good, they had a lot of tips about good bakeries and wineries nearby. We will definitely come back again
