Great place, great location, great hosts. Place was very clean, had everything we needed. Loved that they had dog bowls and treats. Nice to be so close to the beach.

Kamiron is perhaps the most generous host I have ever had the pleasure of working with. She is on top of it, she is communicative, and she comes from a place of making you feel like she really wants you to have a good stay. I had to ask for a few last-minute requests and Kamiron not only was able to accommodate me, but was so kind during the process. This place is her home and it certainly feels like it. You won’t regret staying here or having Kamiron as a host.

The house was very nice, not huge, but very accurate with what the pictures showed, and it was actually a lot brighter inside than I expected based on the pictures. Everything was clean and with 5 people, there was plenty of space. They provided beach chairs and an umbrella which was wonderful. We also used the grill which we enjoyed having access to. The only thing we would recommend is more pots/pans/serving bowls, etc. for use in the kitchen - that was a little lacking. Otherwise, communication with the host was outstanding. We had a couple of minor issues that were resolved immediately. They let us check in early and stay late based on our schedule and the fact that no one was coming in behind us. Finally, the location is awesome - right across the street from the beach with easy beach access. We had a great time and would definitely recommend this house.

This was the 2nd property we stayed at of Kathy's. Great hosts in a perfect location and we will absolutely stay here again! very walkable location and a bus stop close by as well if needed. the room of beach equipment is a huge bonus! can't wait for our next trip back!

David’s place is gorgeous! Can we move in?!? We loved the area and LOVED the house even more. We will definitely come back.

We were 5 friends that gathered at Thomas’ condo to celebrate our 70th birthdays. This condo fit the bill with room for all of us to sleep and gather together. Furnishings were nice and comfortable. The view was spectacular and the beach was right outside the condo. A surprising plus was the pool deck - it was huge with lots of seating, a heated pool and hot tub. Very nice. Due to recent hurricanes in the area, we had some questions to ensure the condo we rented was still going to be available. Thomas responded promptly to all inquiries and assured us the property survived without damage. Would rent again.

We loved the location! It was quaint and cozy. We appreciated the responsiveness of the host as well. Exactly as listed.

The house was just as described in the listing. It was very clean and the place had lots of extras included in the kitchen, beach towels, fans, extra blankets, all soaps and detergents. We do wish there had been an elevator which would have made transporting my handicapped son up and down the steps easier, but that was my fault for not noticing in the listing that the main level of the house was on the second floor. It all worked out and we had a nice week.

Lovely home, well equipped, very comfortable and the beach is at the end of the street. Less than 10 mins walk.

We were very pleased with the house and large pool area. The patio area was beautifully furnished. The house was well stocked. I loved the coffee bar. The bedrooms were spacious and the mattresses were very comfortable. We were in a quiet area. Anna was a wonderful Superhost. She was very responsive to our needs and addressed issues quickly when they occurred. I would highly recommend Anna.

Exactly what the spirit needed! A gorgeous view of the bay, breathtaking sunsets, a warm and wonderful pool, great music and bar right outside our door and a warm and welcoming home. We had the loveliest time and would go back again and again! Check in and out was easy peasy and we had everything we needed. Gracious hosts!

We loved everything about this home. Priscilla was an awesome host. She told us we would love the home and did. We had a last minute accommodation for check in and she, without hesitation was so helpful, basically a life saver. We will definitely come back to visit her home if we are ever in need again.

This home was exactly as advertised and just what our family was hoping for. Spacious, light-filled, and well furnished with a lot of amenities. We had everything we needed and loved having just a short walk to the beach. We had a great vacation away from the cold!

We had an absolutely amazing vacation at Bliss and Gary’s place. From the minute we arrived until the minute we left we felt like we were home, with an amazing ocean view. Wonderful location, phenomenal amenities and the best hosts you could ever ask for! Anything you needed they were only a text away. We will definitely be returning and recommending this little slice of heaven to all our friends!

Booked this bungalow for a girls trip and we had the best time! The space was clean and inviting. Walking out the front door and directly onto a quiet semi-private beach was MAGICAL! Really my only complaint is we had a hard time getting the water in the shower to warm up. Rachel was so accommodating and provided some great recommendations for local spots to check out. Our group already can’t wait to go back!

Very cute neighborhood steps from the beach. Short walk to Broken Board a great outside restaurant and a bird sanctuary along the way and ice cream on the way home. It’s a short drive to Madeira Beach which has shops and restaurants.Cyndi has the house well equipped with everything you need and is decorated all so well in beach decor. Definitely recommend Cyndi’s house for a vacation.

The place was more than we could have imagined even from the pictures posted. It is literally just steps from the beach and tons of light that make the space full of light and bright and just relaxing. Amber was super attentive and reached out to make sure our stay was going well. When we made a request she was very accommodating. The place has everything one could think of and more. The only thing we needed was food in the fridge as everything else was provided. We felt right at home and spent more time at the beach than we thought we would. The beach itself was not crowded, maybe because it was a bit cooler than normal for this time of the year. We had a very restful, invigorating and relaxing time at Amber and Tim's place. When we are back down to the area, we will be looking to book with them again.
