Cottage was just as described! It was in a terrific location and was within a 5 minute walk to the main area of Park Circle. Backyard was large and private and the hot tub was great after a long day of walking. It was easy to travel to different locations around Charleston. Lots of parks for your pets to explore right near the house also.

Great place to stay in IOP. Very walkable to the beach and close enough to all activities of Charleston but out of the craziness of the city. The house provides a wonderful outside oasis with the firepit and hot tub in the screened in porch. Wish we could have stayed longer but will definitely return to Christine’s place when we return to the area.

Excellent space for a quick getaway. Loved the roof deck, it was super peaceful sitting up there. Would definitely recommend!!

We had an amazing girls’ trip at this Airbnb! The place was spotless and way more spacious than the pictures showed. The pool and hot tub were fantastic, providing a perfect spot for relaxation. Our host was incredibly responsive, quickly addressing any questions or issues, including a brief wifi glitch that was fixed promptly. Overall, we had a fantastic time and would highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a great getaway!

The condo had a spectacular view! We would for sure return to this spot. Rob and Julia, were very helpful on any questions I had and quick to respond, great hosts.

We spent a fantastic July 4th week celebrating with family at 94 Grand Pavilion! Super clean rental, and I am very picky! Amazing Wild Dunes location - super short walk (path at the top of the driveway) to the best pool for kids & boardwalk shops, and the beach is just around the corner. Comfortable beds, living spaces for games & tv, and seating for 10 at the dining room table. Parking for 3 cars. Upstairs closes off with a door which was nice for sleeping babies or two families traveling together. We loved the text communication from arrival to check out with Wild Dunes staff - they were SUPER responsive & helpful with any of our needs. Thank you for the very warm hospitality!

My friend and I had the best time at Travis’s place. It was a birthday get away for me so we enjoyed the hot tub and the vibe! The house is clean, older, and well kept! We noted that the shower is a tight squeeze (we both are about 5’4) but not too bothersome. We spent most of our time in downtown Charleston and the hot tub! The neighborhood itself is gorgeous- I would just note that the area can get a little sketchy in certain parts when driving around so we most certainly remained aware of our surroundings though this did not hinder our fun! Travis had all of the recommendations and even explained a bit about the decor that was in the house. Such a cool host and sweet little set up! For being the back of the house- we felt extremely safe and Travis gave us our space and privacy. Maddy and I agreed that we would return if ever in the area!

Doreen was a data host! The place was clean and felt homey! Perfect location and walking distance to the beach.

This place was quaint and lovely for our trip to Charleston. House was in a great location to walk to dinner or drive to downtown or the beach. Really couldn’t have asked for a better location. It rained one day and we loved being outside under the covered front porch! Lots of books to peruse and everything you need in the kitchen to whip up some good food. Would stay here again!

This was a great place for our family of 5 while we were visiting my son who lives in the neighborhood across the street. There was plenty of space in the kitchen, dining room, and the second living room was much appreciated when I needed a quiet moment from my crazy family! The location was great. A short drive to many restaurants, bars, and grocery stores. And a 15 minute walk to a coffee shop and bagel shop. The host was extremely accommodating when we had to change the dates of our reservation at the last minute. We also loved that they had a fully decorated Christmas tree in the living room when we arrived. We will definitely try to stay again when we are back in town

Jonathan was great! I wish we could have met him in person, but we were crazy looking at properties all over! We were grateful to have use of the washer and dryer and were able to get laundry done before leaving. Jonathan checked in on us to make sure we didn’t need anything! Everything in the house was well labeled and we didn’t need for anything! We would truly stay here again!

Perfect location for our trip and the fenced in well landscaped yard was big enough for our Australian Shepherd to chase the frisbee. The bungalow is well outfitted with many space saving features. and worked well for the 2 of us and the pup. We were a few minutes from our family in Mount Pleasant and events in Isle of Palms. The house manual has directions to a conservation area a few minutes away and quickly became a favorite for morning and evening dog walks.

My spouse grew up in Charleston and we—with pet in tow—make one or two trips a year to the area... We've stayed in a number of AirBNBs along the way but had never found one we wanted to return to as our "Charleston place"—until we found Debbie's home. When we walked into the house we immediately felt at home; the vibe is cozy, chic, relaxing... and the kitchen is enviable. I think what's ultimately so great about this house is that you can tell Debbie loves living here. That translates into such a good experience for a guest. Park Circle is quiet, walkable, and there's an abundance of great restaurants nearby. We tried a new one every day and weren't disappointed with any of them (EVO for pizza, EVO Bakery for breakfast pastries, and the Tattooed Moose for sandwiches stick out). One the rare occasion I had a question for Debbie, she always wrote back within 10 or 15 minutes—and she was one of the most accommodating and generous hosts we've ever experienced. We WILL be back!

We loved our time at April’s place. April was very responsive and made sure that we had everything that we needed for our stay prior to our check in. The house was perfect for a big group - clean with big bedrooms and bathrooms, plenty of space to hang out in inside and an incredible backyard and pool area. It wasn’t very hot out, so the heated pool was perfect! Great location with a quick easy walk to the downtown area and beach. Highly recommend!

Ginger replied quickly and gave great details. the first place that I felt I actually got my money's worth for the service and hospitality waiting for us. The kitchen was charming and fun. A blessing to us when we were in a pinch to find a place to stay for the family visiting my grandmother in the hospital. Would stay again!

My wife and I had a great weekend staying here with our pups. It’s close to Folly Beach and downtown Charleston. Would not hesitate to stay here again!

We had a wonderful time and would definitely rent this location again! The view was perfection! It was very very clean, we had everything we needed. We are sad to leave.

KJ's place was perfect for our 3 generations under one roof. Our party of 6 had ample space inside the house and enough bathrooms! The outside space was peaceful too. The hammock on the back porch was a favorite for our 8 year old son. It was a nice home base for exploring the history in and around Charleston. KJ was communicative throughout the booking and stay. Also had a wonderful welcome basket of snacks and beverages. My favorite was the fully stocked kitchen with oils, vinegars and spices which made it easy to cook some meals at the house during our stay.

Rob's place was beautiful and clean. It looked just like the pictures. it felt like home. He had everything that you would need to make it a very enjoyable stay. He was very responsive with me. I would highly recommend Rob's place.

Comfortable and immaculate townhome in a great location- short walk to beach and pools. Melinda made everything easy.

The Condo was exactly as described. Thomas was very responsive with any questions we had. No issues arose at all. Would highly recommend to anyone looking to stay in Folly Beach

We had the best time at this house! It was a beautiful setting and great location. Jayne was extremely helpful when it came to recommendations and navigating Kiawah Island. Her house is fully stocked and very comfortable. We chose to heat the pool which was worth it. Some of the days were very miles in temp so we were happy to have a heated pool. The pool was awesome! Very big and my kids loved it. We hope to come back to Kiawah and would definitely stay at this house again!

The home was beautiful. It was a very easy walk to the beach. The small pool was great for our grandkids. Loved the bike trails and easy walk to a playground. We had a great week!
