In 2020, this stunning villa is hand-carved from a couple hundred year old Karelian sleds. A huge view window gives a spectacular view over the water. The apartment has a fully equipped kitchen, a spacious living room, two bedrooms, a toilet and sauna facilities Underfloor heating, an air source heat pump, and a fireplace ensure a comfortable temperature all year round. The holiday is crowned by our 6-person outdoor hot tub, big, and avanto. No pets, no smoking. Bed linens 15€/person, final cleaning 120€.

Between fishes – our house on the lake in Finland

Our piece of land is located on Kaita Järvi– an about 8 km long and a few hundred meter wide lake – it is a small peninsula that looks to the south. That means: sun from morning to evening (if it shines). There right on the shore you find our log cabin, with sauna, bathroom, living room with open kitchen and two small bedrooms. A few meters next to it is a studio like guesthouse, the "Aita". It is also very cosy and comfortable, but provides no own bathroom. Village Savonranta is 5 km away.

Small cottage by the lake

A small cottage on the shore of Höytiäinen. Electricity is, no mains. We will supply you with drinking water in a canister. Spreadable sofa bed and lavender, small kitchen equipment can be found. Sup boards and kayaks are free to use. Possible to rent a rowing boat, jetski, etc. Plenty of 30 e with lake water, hot tub 30 e. Outdoor. On the beach, a barbecue area and open freely available. Bed linens and towel are included. Also ask for a guided island/fishing tour and equipment.

Enjoy the waterfront finds in this chalet with modern amenities and the atmosphere of a traditional beach sauna. The cottage is steps away from a brightly colored pond. The dock is accessible for swimming after the sauna or to try it in your fish house. Jogging paths about 200 meters away and skiing in winter. The Lykyn pond's outdoor area with disc golf courses is about two miles away.
