Kathy was super nice and was very responsible and responsive. She made sure I was settled when I arrived and gave me extra accommodations when the weather showed it was going to flood. I didn't technically stay in this A-Frame due to the weather, but I'd stay anywhere Kathy is again!!! Cute, friendly cowboys working around the property while I was there always said hello. The raw milk in the shop is the best I've ever drank, and the Kefir is soo good. Amazing Airbnb, book now!!!

We loved our stay at Jeremy’s cottage! It’s an easy peaceful walk to restaurants, bars, shops, and more in both New Hope and Lambertville. The decorations are so thoughtful and well curated, it made the space that much more cozy!

What an adorable cottage space! I arrived after a long drive to a beautiful warm house to see a cute little decorated Christmas tree! I never expected a host to go so far above an beyond. The decor was spot on as everywhere you looked was another cute little nugget to look at. I appreciated the large fluffy towels as well as the full tv lineup from the master bed space! I'd definitely love to stay again when I'm back in NJ. Thank you Mark.

This is our second time staying here, and it was just as perfect as we remembered. Both the home and host are lovely! We plan to make this a regular spot. Cozy, peaceful, and the perfect place to rest and reset. We can’t wait to stay again!

I really enjoyed my stay in this sweet little abode! It felt spacious, open, and calming. It was so cozy and peaceful and set in such lovely surroundings. I loved that the River was so close and I could walk down and amble along the trail. The bed was super comfy and perfect for dreaming sweetly. And the hosts were gracious and kind. Mimi’s place was perfect for our family of 5! We rented it for its proximity to OCNJ without the cost and were very pleased with the amenities and location. We were at the beach in ~30 minutes and at the boardwalk in ~40 minutes and there are closer beaches, we just have a tradition of going to OCNJ. We would definitely stay again!

We have stayed here several times. The Cottage has everything we need and Micaela has always been responsive to our questions. The location is quiet and easy to get to.

I loved my stay in this A frame home. My husband and I brought our 8 month old and felt quite at home. The house match the pictures accurately. We would definitely stay here again. We just would like a washer and dryer available next time. Oh and the jacuzzi in the winter was a plus! We were warm while experiencing the snow flakes fall on our tongues.

The sunset cottage was the perfect place for a weekend away! The location was amazing and the house was beautiful. It accommodated my friends and me so well during our stay, we are already talking about returning! Thank you Andrea and Dan!

Absolutely loved staying here. The bed was one of the comfiest I’ve ever slept on in an Airbnb—I didn’t want to leave! We came for a wedding at the Smithville Inn, which was barely five minutes away, and we definitely had the coolest accommodations of any guest attending. My only small nitpick would be that at night, we felt a bit like we were in a fishbowl, as some windows didn’t have fully closeable blinds. We would have preferred just a little more privacy. That being said, I would highly recommend this stay and will likely be back again!

Ann's place is super comfy and cute. There's everything one could possibly need for a short (or even a longer) stay. The place is spic and span and the bed is super comfortable. Will definitely be back.

Our stay at the Salt Box Cottage was wonderful! The house was adorable and everything we wanted and needed! The host was great to deal with and very responsive! We had a great time and would most definitely stay again!

Lovely clean cottage in a perfect location. Found street parking without any issue and check in was super easy. Host was very communicative and went above and beyond to make sure our stay was perfect (even left a sweet welcome gift). Can’t recommend this spot enough!

Just like last time, Kyle's place was great. We loved coming back to a familiar place and knowing what to expect. He is always super responsive and friendly. This is quickly becoming our go-to spot in Seaside.

Such a cute and quiet neighborhood. The back yard was awesome if you’re traveling with dogs. We felt right at home there. About 10-15 min drive to “town” where most of the shopping and restaurants are. Overall great location & space!

The cottage was immaculate with beautiful decor and every amenity you could possibly need.

Kurt and Eleanor were some of the best hosts we’ve come across. They introduced us to the area, gave a tour and wonderful recommendations! The place is beautiful and made you feel like you were in the English countryside! If you like a little piece of history and gorgeous antiques and surroundings that tell a story, this is a must visit!

We had a lovely stay. Andrew was quick to respond to any inquiries and provided many local suggestions.

We had a wonderful winter stay at the Octopus Cottage w/ our pup! Donna was an excellent host and the space was so beautiful, clean, cozy and welcoming. We enjoyed game nights, cooking, movies, and walked the beach (the horseshoe crabs were so cool!!)! The hot tub was a definite highlight during the chilly evenings. The Octopus theme so so thoughtfully executed. We really loved it and hope to come back in the summer!

The place is comfortable and cozy. We stayed for two weeks and had all the comforts of home plus its walking distance to a beautiful marina and great restaurants. Ryan and Kelly responded quickly to questions and made the stay a great one. Would definitely stay here again.

Very cute place with thoughtful touches. Quick walk to the bay was a big bonus for us! About 15-20 min from Cape May. Cute neighborhood minus the Trump signs, but it is south Jersey. Michael was very responsive and we enjoyed our girls weekend here! The only thing I’d add is a mirror somewhere in the house as it was a challenge to only have the bathroom mirror to work with. Thanks for a great stay!

The bohemian rhapsody is just not a “place to stay”, it’s an experience! The hippy boho groovy spot just oozes peace and tranquillity. The outdoor space is a gardeners paradise complete with an herb garden. When you shower you bathe with the birds and the bees. Close to grocery, restaurants, liquor store, and Holts Landing state park where you can watch the sunset over the Indian River watershed. If you want to fish here’s the spot. Only 5 miles to Bethany Beach, the quiet resort. Our dog Lia was welcomed by Whitney with open arms and she had a great time too. If you want a little piece of shambala, Whitney’s got the place.
