Carlos has been a 10 host, I recommend 100% esta villa. The villa is beautiful and everything is perfect, we found the house very clean , everything was perfectly placed. Carlos makes you some recommendation for the area to visit, he is very friendly, it is pending in case you need something. The outdoor area of the villa is very well-kept, the pool is wonderful and the grass area with chill out area is a luxury. The description of the house is totally real and even in person much better. We had an incredible vacation, we have rested a lot, you have been able to enjoy a house with all the comforts and with every detail. It is greatly appreciated to find you a house so well cared for and that we get there and everything is ready. To note, I had never gone anywhere where the towels and linens are like new and smell great, the comfort of the mattresses is fantastic. It has a great and perfectly prepared BBQ area. Thank you Carlos. A 10!

The accommodation is great , clean , careful and with all the details, especially for the children , our dog had a great time because there is a lot of space to play, the pool is perfect, Yolanda was very attentive to us, we felt right at home, hopefully and we can come back 👌

Antonio is an extremely responsive host and made us feel really welcomed and supported. The place itself has everything you might need and we had a very comfortable stay. I was traveling with my 5 month old baby and really appreciated that there was a bath, a crib and heating at our disposal.If you travel in the summer when the weather is nice you can make use of the shared pool as well. I highly recommend Antonio, I am sure you will not be disappointed!

We have spent a few spectacular days,the house is exactly as in the photos,we were with two dogs and they have enjoyed very much x the garden so large and the best of everything completely fenced,the attention of the host is unbeatable...the house is in a very quiet area but very close to everything,in ten minutes you are on the beach and shops,and the pine forest is next to it is perfect to walk.... we will be back soon....

Our stay in this beautiful house was very special and will remain in very positive memory for a long time. Starting with a highly professional handling of our hosts. Communication was absolutely smooth and friendly. The location of the house is perfect. Quiet and at the same time central, both in terms of proximity to the beach and the surrounding restaurants and shops. We will never forget the sunsets we were allowed to enjoy on the extremely tastefully furnished roof terrace. Our hosts have decorated the house with stylish taste and a lot of love for detail. In terms of amenities, it is easy to see that the concept of this property is consistently aimed at guests with high standards. The cleanliness we found was exemplary. Thank you for the wonderful days in your house!

Alejandro was aware as soon as we arrived and I don't hesitate to tell us everything we needed to feel comfortable in the area. We had water, chuches for the kid and also had the detail to leave us a bottle of white wine from the land. At no time have we felt uncomfortable, you can walk to the beach and the Ocio area, there are food establishments very close and in the community pool there was a good atmosphere. We would repeat.

Macarena, was a fantastic host. The apartment is fairly new, clean and well organized. It had all the basics to make our stay very comfortable. Located in a beautiful neighborhood of Rota and being a Penthouse with large balcony allowed us to enjoy the beautiful weather. Great communication, we actually had a family medical emergency during our stay. She quickly offered her assistance. We highly recommend and would hope to use again during our next stay.

Victor was very friendly, responded very quickly to messages, the place was clean, literally 2 mins away from the beach.

The stay was great. The apartment is just as it appears in the photos, located in an urbanization with a pool, landscaped areas and views of the golf course. The apartment has a garage square and a great terrace for breakfast and lunch, with a chill corner to read. The beach is about 10 mins walking. It is a very quiet, noiseless area, ideal for resting and taking walks. There is a supermarket area and bars within a 20 minute walk. Pepi welcomed us on the day of arrival very attentive and showed us the apartment. Everything was very clean and tidy.

We (couple) spent a great golf week in Costa Ballena again. Angela's apartment offers us everything we need on site and the new kitchen is also very convenient.
