Alleshia's place was perfect for our group of 9 people. We were in a different neighborhood than the usual tourist-laden streets of New Orleans providing a haven after a day of exploring the city. Alleshia was a quick and clear communicator, made check in and checkout super easy, and the place was clean and spacious. I'd recommend staying here for sure.

Perfect New Orleans Stay – Spacious, Comfortable, and Full of Charm! Our group of 15 had an incredible stay at this beautiful New Orleans Macarty home! The house is stunning—true to the city’s charm with its traditional architecture and thoughtful design. Each of us had our own private bathroom, which made our stay so comfortable and seamless. The hosts were fantastic—friendly, responsive, and went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed. The beds were incredibly comfortable with posh, high-quality linens that made it feel like a luxury stay. If you’re looking for a spacious, well-appointed home in New Orleans that offers comfort, style, and exceptional hospitality, this is the perfect place. Highly recommend!

We stayed with 3 other couples and loved the house. The home is beautiful, and the space was perfect for us to be together and have our own private spaces. The heated pool and backyard was great for unwinding. Centrally located for easy access to the quarter, garden district, and other great neighborhoods. Marcia was very responsive and helpful throughout. Loved our stay!

Beautiful and charming new build. Perfect for a large family. All the furniture and finishes were so cute but not “too fancy” so my kids felt comfortable and I wasn’t terrified they would break something. Very clean. Super comfy beds. This is not a bad thing but someone might want to know there is only one TV in the house. Pool was a perfect size for small kids. When we couldn’t figure out how to turn the pool heater on they texted me with detailed instructions within seconds. Parking spot was amazing. There is also street parking. Kitchen had everything you would need including coffee etc. Absolutely no complaints. Would definitely go back!! Was shocked it was so inexpensive for what we got!! Neighbors were super nice too!! Thanks for a great trip!!

Great location - wonderful backyard - the hot tub was great. Wish the pool could have been heated without additional cost. Understand why it wasn’t. Gary answered questions as needed and provided lots of brochures for things to do in the area of which was nice! Would stay here again

I had a great stay at this home! The house was clean, comfortable, and in a great location—perfect for my needs while I was in town. The space was well-equipped, and everything was just as described in the listing. The only downside was the level of communication. While I appreciate a host who is attentive, the frequency of messages, calls, and check-ins (both via text and Airbnb messages) felt excessive—especially since I was in town for work and had a lot going on. Automated messages are understandable, but the constant follow-ups each day became a bit overwhelming. Overall, it’s a great place to stay, and I’d recommend it to others who don’t mind frequent communication from the host.

If you have a group of 4 or less visiting NOLA, you MUST stay at Doody and Brady’s place! A perfect, cute neighborhood with plenty of walkable places (restaurants, coffee, trolley) and a short 10 minute Uber/trolley ride to French Quarter. Everything was exactly as advertised including the relaxing, perfect pool! Doody is the sweetest, best host! Highly recommend!

Our group had a great time staying here. The space had everything we needed and plenty of room for our larger group to spread out. The main floor is wide open and a great space for larger groups to spend time together. The location was ideal. A short drive to the French quarter and within walking distance to other restaurants and shops. Would recommend this to anyone needing a larger place to stay in NOLA.

Such a great place to stay. Ian even let us check in early! Which I was extremely thankful for. The house had all the amenities we needed, was clean, & had a nice homey feel with a lot of character. It was a short drive from the French Quarter, giving it a good location. Definitely a great stay for our first time in NOLA!

We had a wonderful stay at Karen's place just after Mardi gras! The weather was perfect. her home is great for getting into the garden District and just a short hop on a trolley or Uber to the French quarter and Frenchman Street. wonderful and restful place. so thankful!

I enjoyed staying at Blair's place as it was convenient and the streetcar was right in front. It was not far from the French quarter (12min drive). The house was clean, there was a binder with information about the surrounding area, and overall comfortable. If available, i will stay again.

Isaac’s house was perfectly situated for our family gathering. With four children under 6, and four adults we had ample space. The off street parking was much appreciated. We were in a family neighborhood, but walking distance to some great restaurants. Isaac was a wonderful host. He was in communication with us throughout our stay and was quick to respond when we had a question. The minor issues we had were quickly resolved.

Had a great time and had very minimal issues with the place. Dish washer needs to be maintained and had a water leak in one of the sinks but easily fixed.

This was the perfect house for our weekend in New Orleans. As a group of friends meeting up for the weekend, we all had space to spread out, but there was also a great living room for us to connect together. We could easily walk everywhere from the house as well.

Incredible place! Very clean with Nice soft pillows and comfy beds. Great water pressure in the showers. Tons of room inside the house and an awesome space outback to relax and enjoy the beautiful weather.

I really would love staying here again. I am very pleased with my experience. Check in was very easy and hassle free. The home is cozy and comfortable, it's also very clean, it feels just like home. The hosts are very responsive and caring, I loved that they reached out to us during our stay to see if we needed anything. The entire home was pleasant and we enjoyed every minute of our trip here.

This home is so adorable - we LOVED the outdoor space, the beds and couch were so comfy. The neighborhood had a few close bars and restaurants with very friendly staff and local people. The one block walk to the ferry then easy walk to french quarters was perfect and a lot of fun for the family. If ever I am back to NOLA I will hope to book this home.

This house is gorgeous!!! Comfortable beds, great dining area and a perfect retreat in the back yard. I loved the neighborhood. Lots of places to eat and drink. It was so easy to get around by the trolley. Added bonus is the parade route was a block away! This place is a gem! Thank you for sharing it.

Nice, clean place with all the amenities you could need for a stay longer then a few nights - full kitchen, washer and dryer, kitchen table, desk, and two TVs. Everything was clean and ready to use with the light on outside. The area is a little urban so I wouldn't book if you're not comfortable with that but we never had any problems with parking or being safe. The neighbors were nice and there is a camera and lights pointed toward the street. I'm not discourging anyone, I just know that some people are not used to that. It really is super close to Frenchman St. And The French Quarters so it's a very cheap Uber!! It's way cheaper then parking! Micheal was very responsive and helpful. There's no chores to do at the end - the cleaning fee actually covers the cleaning! The brochers and recommendations left were helpful.

We absolutely loved our stay at Michelle’s place. This was our first time to New Orleans and she provided great recommendations as well as a blog you can find even more restaurants, tours, and places to visit. For our family of four there was plenty of space, everything was clean and super accessible. Her neighborhood is very walkable with great restaurants and shopping within a few blocks. We felt very comfortable there.

Had a very good experience. The house was very clean and it was peaceful. We will be booking this same again. Samah was a great host and her property was very nice!
