Mallard Cove is the best place on Lake Sutherland! Our grassy lake-front and swimming dock literally get the very last bit of sun all summer long! Our neighborhood is also full of friendly, easy going people. You should have an amazing time! The place is amazing!

Enjoy spending time with family & friends lakeside on our private dock with well appointed outdoor seating and spectactular views of the lake. Fun for all ages, we have the perfect spot to hang out in the sun, take a swim or paddle the lake on our paddleboard or kayaks. At night, stargaze from the hot tub or swap stories around the fire table. In the off season, we LIMIT capacity to a MAXIMUM of 5 guests due to the intimate indoor space, and upper third bedroom is NOT available NOV/DEC/MAR/APR.
