Vacation rentals with beach access in Jasmine Estates

This was a great place for us to stay on Clearwater Beach! Quick 2 minute walk to the beach and it was very easy to find. It was clean and perfect for our quick stay

We absolutely loved staying in this beautiful beachside Airbnb. We were able to walk from the door of the cottage right into the sand of the beach in about 30 seconds. It was one of the most lovely beaches we have ever been to, and we had a wonderful stay. There are some great restaurants And fun parks in the area which made it very enjoyable for our family. We would recommend to friends and certainly come stay here again if we are ever in the area. The hosts are very responsive and friendly and made the stay enjoyable.

This was the 2nd property we stayed at of Kathy's. Great hosts in a perfect location and we will absolutely stay here again! very walkable location and a bus stop close by as well if needed. the room of beach equipment is a huge bonus! can't wait for our next trip back!

This beautiful, spacious condo is located right on the beach with a large, wrap-around balcony. The rooms are large and feature all the amenities you could want, including comfortable beds, roomy seating, and a fully equipped kitchen. Zac stayed in touch, giving us all the information we needed for a wonderful stay. We'd recommend this unit for an enjoyable beach getaway!

Had a great trip at this place! Super clean, and organized. The view was great and beach access is a huge plus. Loved the little things provided like toothbrushes, razors, ect!

Daria was a wonderful host. Very clear and kind instruction and communication. The beds were sooo comfortable! We loved that it was walking distance to beach, putt-putt, Seabird Sanctuary (our favorite), Bay 1 Ice Cream and Sandwich shop, convenience, and more. Perfect for a short getaway for fun in sun.

Perfect little getaway! Loved the private pool area and just steps away from the beach! All needed amenities were available…wagon, chairs, towels, toys, etc! The outdoor shower was a huge plus, helping keep the sand minimal when returning from the beach! Loved this place and will definitely keep it in mind for future trips!

Me and my family thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this property. The house was extremely clean and very well equipped with the added bonus of a downstairs games room. The location is great with only a short walk or drive away from restaurants, bars and bakeries. Beach access is only two roads away so watching the sunset most evenings was great. This is the perfect holiday home for anyone looking in or around the Indian Rocks beach area.

Great location, beautiful home!

Best time & best rental ever. Our experience at this amazing beach house on Indian Rocks Beach was kind of like a dream. Wonderful accommodations, comfortable beds, very attentive hosts and several nice restaurants within walking distance. But the star of the show was the breathtaking view of the beach, the sunsets, the ocean and the huge covered patio which is literally a few steps away from the beach! The beach itself is wonderful! …. for sunning, watching occasional dolphins, walking and finding shells. We also caught a couple of nice bonnet-head sharks surf fishing. We were lucky to have found this place and hope to return. Miss it already!

We have been coming to the IRB area for vacation for over 10 years and Vanessa’s home was our best experience ever! We loved how well her home is maintained, the open layout, and it had everything we could possibly need for a comfortable stay. The 3-minute walk to the beach was pure joy! Prior to arriving, Vanessa shared wonderful options for shopping, dining, and points of interest. It’s great to receive all this information from a local! She is super quick to respond to any question you may have. Highly recommend!

By far one of the best places we have stayed. We are very picky and this place was a great location close to the beach, super clean, luxury feel, and fantastic, responsive host. We will definitely stay again, if given the opportunity!

This place is absolutely beautiful. The home is full of character, wood floors, sash windows, it’s lovely. Plenty of room for a large family. And right on the beach. It’s amazing. We all loved our stay here & would highly recommend it.

We stayed here for a family vacation with 8 adults and 2 kids. The house was beautiful, walking distance from the beach. FYI Reddington Beach does not allow tents of any kind on the beach. Only umbrellas.

Great location for a relaxing family vacation. We really enjoyed how close we were to the beach—you can’t beat a 2 minute walk. The condo also had beach chairs, a cooler etc which was helpful. We also had access to the pool which was steps away from the condo. The neighborhood was quiet and peaceful.

Communication with Dave was super easy. If I had any questions or I wanted to let them know anything they responded very quickly. We will definitely be back- even though we live across the bay-We still want to stay on the beach to remind ourselves we live in Florida. Beautiful stay! We will be back!!

For an older building the unit was well maintained and was right on the beach and close to many restaurants as well as a grocery store.

We were a group of 5 women, we had a fabulous time! Plenty of amenities for 5 people except for beach chairs which were available to rent on the beach. We had an issue with the dryer not working so we weren't able to do any laundry which was a small issue. I reported it to Franca and she replied right away that she was going to schedule someone to come look at it but never heard anything back from her after that. To get to the beach from the condo you need to go through a gate that is locked at the pool and then through another gate to get to the beach. Otherwise you have to walk around the front and down the public beach access. There were only 2 keys so that was an issue, maybe a lock with a code would be more helpful? All in all the condo was everything that was advertised. Thank you Franca for sharing your home!

Beautiful, quiet, secure. Great view of the beach and water. Easy walk to beach, restaurants, activities. Clean and comfortable. Modern major appliances in excellent condition. Coffee pot was an older single cup Keurig. Adequate for 2 people to use but a drip pot or French press would be a welcome addition. Pots and pans sufficient for us but if you do a lot of cooking on vacation you may find the cookware and utensils wanting. Excellent TVs. Overall excellent experience. Thanks, Peter.

Such a beautiful view with breathtaking sunsets. We truly enjoyed our stay, the view, easy walk to the Pass. Great time and great host! Would definitely recommend and am definitely coming back. Very spacious and accommodating. We loved our visit and can’t wait to come back. It’s a wonderful thing to see John’s Pass community coming back strong! Beautiful, clean, very comfortable, well equipped kitchen, nice balcony, convenient parking, pool and hot tub were nice. Loved being able to walk right out to the beach, lunch from the restaurant was good. We felt right at home and would love to stay again!
