Very nice apartment in a nice building, and excellent location in Pinheiros. Close to bars and restaurants. Check-in was easy with the coded door. I enjoyed the stay :)

Wonderful stay.

The apartment was exactly like the pictures. It was clean and organized. It's not big but for two people it's great! Negative points: - One of the points of attention is in relation to the blue sofa of the living room. It is beautiful, but kind of “old” which makes it impossible for someone to sleep in it because the upholstery/foam is not the best and when we open the sofa totally to lie down, the woods take A LOT on the back. - Second point: The gatehouse did not finalize our registration as visitors, so whenever we needed to enter I had to repeat my data and talk about where I was staying. - About Gustavo: he is a dear and super solicitous, he has given me numerous tips about the city and about check-in/check-out. SP is always dangerous but as a job in the city I already knew the location well. A Consolação/Frei Caneca is generally “quiet”. It has the Higienópolis - Mackenzie subway, which is about 10 minutes away and we don't need to be so afraid there. Rent without fear.

All excellent! Quick check inn, very polite and friendly host, responded to everything quickly. Great location, one block from 2 malls, Jardim Sul and Morumbi Town. Shops, cinemas, bars, restaurants, bakeries, all next to the apartment. Easy access to other neighborhoods, Burle Marx Park, Morumbi Park, Morumbi Stadium, all near the apartment. Clean, impeccable, air-conditioned location, everything perfect! I highly recommend it!

my stay was very good. A super polite Erika, promptly catered to us to solve QQ questions. The place was spotless about cleanliness. Space very well used in the distribution of furniture, the full kitchen. super i recommend it cost benefit 100% I highly recommend it!!

Pleasant stay! Comfortable place in a safe location. Friendliness of the host from the time of booking to our departure, due to every detail or event during our stay. Building with just the right and necessary for several days of accommodation, 24-hour security, comfortable access, without complications and calm neighbors, ideal for a rest without hustle and bustle. It is not a tourist area plus it is a safe area, with the Oscar Freire station just a few steps away allowing us to get to know São Paulo from start to finish. Highly recommended! Thank the host for their cooperation these days.

After travelling for the last 3 weeks it felt like home, a place to reset. Vivi was super responsive and provided local recommendations. We would have loved to have stayed longer!

Sandra has welcomed us well since before the stay. We arrived early in the city and she was quite flexible with the check in time. The house and bed/bath linen were very clean and smelling. The site is easily accessible and very well located, perfect for those who go to an event in Allianz Parque.

Everything great, new and clean! only question and the filtered water that is very weak, forcing to buy water in bottles to account for 5/6 people, other than that, all perfect!

Antonio’s property was brilliant. Spacious, clean and just like the photos. There was also a maid who cleaned regularly which was a hide bonus! Highly recommend for those wanting a good base to explore SP from.
