The second visit to this place was also fantastic. It continues to be a peaceful and warm environment, making it the perfect destination for families. This time Shabbir, the caretaker, played a crucial role in ensuring that our journey was wonderful. He takes excellent care of both the property and the guests.

Saurabh is a fabulous person and an amazing host. The property was more beautiful then the pictures uploaded. The ambience, space, bedding, kitchen everything was The best. The place is neat & clean, very peaceful & very aestheticaly decorated.His love for plants was unmatchable. His approach was quick & responsive. We appreciate all the efforts put by him ensuring our comfort. Looking forword to visit again. Highly recommended..

We had a truly wonderful stay at Serenya Homestay. The home is beautifully designed, incredibly peaceful, and maintained to perfection—it was super clean and felt very welcoming. Ritu, Lakshya, and Pooja were wonderful hosts, always there to provide support whenever needed and making us feel right at home. Rinku and the rest of the team offered outstanding service with warmth and friendliness, going above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. The food was delicious, adding to the homely vibe. Overall, it was a fantastic experience, and we would love to return on our next visit to Dalhousie!

Great stay, food and travel! Faisal was always very responsive and answered all our queries. The freshly cooked tasty hot food and hospitality is a major highlight of our stay. Thanks to Nawaz, Haroon, Ashik and Roop. Bilal had great recommendations on places to visit ,timing and overall made sure we had a tailored sightseeing experience.

Aamir sir is a great host and very welcoming. We stayed at My Kashmir Home on our way back from an exhausting 7 day trek. Aamir sir and his team took great care in helping us recover and refresh. If you are looking for a quiet and luxurious stay and experience the best in Kashmiri hospitality, go for this one. P.S. - If you’re a group, request for the Kashmiri wazwan experience. The in-house chef will blow your mind.

Superb host! Super responsive and we had conversation every now and then! Host offered us tea and cookies upon arrival and made us comfortable right away! I checked in before the time I mentioned to host I'll be there and tried to inform him about that but didn't have network coverage, but still the rooms were kept clean and we were welcomed! My family loved the stay as well, rooms are quite cozy and match the images and the host made sure we feel warm (he switched on AC blower and warm mattress before our arrival) when we come back after exploring the city. Stay is just 2 kms away from Lal chowk. All the mentioned amenities are there and you can ask for something you need and host will be proactively trying to provide you that. He knows a great guide too (Zahir) living nearby whom you can book tour packages with, be it a city tour or other places like Zojila Pass, Pahalgam. All in all, totally recommended!!! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ You won't regret being here even a bit and will surely enjoy your!

Cozy, comfy stay at this lovely cottage! Located in a quiet, wooded area a little outside of the main town, yet easy enough to access, with lovely walks around the place. Kamal and Akshay were always at hand to assist with anything, and to rustle up simple, delicious food. Happy to have found this charming stay in Dalhousie.

Its a great place, The host is extremely Warm & Helpful, They Helped us , when we were stuck Because of the snow, Came & Picked us up, which was very helpful of them to do so. Amazing Location, Away from the rush of major Tourist area. Good place to just Eat RELAX & ENJOY the Woods & Snow. Rooms are very warm & comfortable, Service is also good & Food was also good (limited options But taste was very good) Overall we had a great time!
