Beachfront vacation rentals in Jalisco

Great place to stay. I would say that it’s more geared towards couples rather than families as it’s located next to a large club. The beach was nice and the hotel staff were very friendly. We did have two nights where music was playing extremely loud. This was not the hotels fault but something to be aware of. It was very walkable but far enough out of the city to be a little more peaceful. The only other part that got annoying was there are a lot of guys that try to sell you drugs constantly outside of the hotel property which got a little annoying. Overall confortable place to stay. Just a few things to be aware of.

Gabrielle and her husband are a love of people, super cozy, you feel at home! The place is very comfortable and the decor is too cute, with a lot of detail. Loved that it had a hairdryer. Gabrielle made us a delicious French breakfast, rich and ultra recommended! The bathroom is very very small, the WC, sink and shower are sticky, it does not prevent it from being taken care of for the needs, my husband who is very big, it was a bit difficult to adapt, but nothing from the other world. We definitely recommend it and would come back. We feel safe in the area and walking you can get downtown.

Mar was the most welcoming and thoughtful host we could have hoped for. He had a deep knowledge of the surrounding locations and activities available to me and my guests. I'd love to go back.

Really enjoyed our stay at Kathy’s place. After just a few nights, we liked it so much that we were lucky enough to extend our stay. Would definitely rent the upstairs in future to have friends or family come along with us. Can’t emphasize enough how great it was to have air conditioning and hot water on demand. We also used the washer and dryer more than expected, so that was great too! And always appreciate the little touches, like beach towels and a few puzzles :) It’s nice to have kitchen basics and a little bit of patio furniture, as the outdoor space is really nice to spend the afternoon relaxing. Thanks for having us Kathy, we hope to return!

Nice apartment, very centralized. The terrace has a beautiful view. The host, Fernanda was super sweet. I wouldn’t recommend this place for families with toddlers, the stairs right outside the door are a bit sketchy buts it’s great otherwise.

Alvaro's place was a fantastic space to spend with friends. The views and facilities including the rooftop pool was really spectacular.

Clean condo, beautiful pools, great beach, amazing views, everything you need is available in the condo, including laundry facilities and water cooler with hot/cold water. Peter is an Excellent host; always responsive. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in PVR and at Peter’s condo. Harbor 171 is centrally located. Staff were friendly and constantly cleaning common areas. The only issue we experienced was the road to the complex is unpaved and lacks appropriate lighting, due to continuing construction projects. Ubers are plentiful, quick and safe. We are Very Happy with choosing Peter’s condo at Harbor 171.

A beautiful house! Mr. Ulises at all times was very friendly. Very comfortable to be there, everything is very quiet, having the sea super close, gym, swimming pool, etc. everything super good although due to bad luck we touched closed the restaurant that is close there and we would go out to get that to eat/dine but Mr. Ulises always helped with his recommendations. This was a beautiful stay!

Amazing property! Right on the beach. Plenty of space too. Super peaceful area with bars and restaurants within walking distance. The pool and pool deck are gorgeous and look right out into the ocean. Highly recommend!!

Great stay at Delcanto for a family vacation (2 adults, 3 teens). The condo is in good condition, well furnished, has beautiful views (we were able to see whales and dolphins from the balcony, bring a binocular if you have one) and a good layout (comfortable stay for 5 people). Kitchen is well equipped (high-end gas stove was nice) and beds are comfortable. Bathrooms are somewhat dated but large and functional. Delcanto is a quiet property with beautiful grounds, nice infinity pools and an easy beach access. The beach is sandy (no rocks unlike other beaches in the area), has a lot of chairs and umbrellas and property staff are friendly and helpful. Great communication, local activities and restaurants recommendations from Paul and Mariana. No crowds, noise or timeshare pitches - a peaceful paradise. We rented a car so getting to places and buying groceries was easy, otherwise would need to cab everywhere (there aren’t many things walking distance). Would definitely stay again

This house was absolutely amazing. The location is wonderful. It has a wonderful pool with ocean views and it’s a quick walk down to the beach from the property. There is direct beach access. The house is stocked with everything you need. Melissa was an amazing host. She helped us with many things. It was very communicative and wanted to make sure that our day was wonderful. We went for my dad’s 71st birthday. We had a group of six adults and five kids. We rented this house and one other house on the property. Plenty of room for all. We would go back in a heartbeat.

Absolutely loved this condo. View was my favourite part. Simply stunning. Very bright and spacious. Huge balcony. Fully equipped with everything you need. Josh had excellent communication from booking and throughout our stay. Covered pool was great for our young fair children. It was great having a small bar there with snacks if you wanted something you didn’t bring from your unit. Not a lot right nearby for restaurants but we did like Baklava. We took Ubers and taxis into town. Only downside might be the rocky beach. Our kids liked being able to boogie board which you can’t do there. In my opinion the quiet and epic view is worth the lesser beach. Overall I highly recommend this condo. You will not be disappointed!

Couldn’t ask for a better place to stay when visiting PV. Beautiful space, spectacular views, perfect accommodations, super convenient location. We loved everything. We were traveling with our two sons, ages 20 and 18, and our 18yo said it was the best vacation we’ve ever taken. We sat on the patio morning and evening to enjoy the warm breeze, played cards and games on the outdoor table, slept well, relaxed at the pool, and explored restaurants and activities from there. The kitchen and bathrooms had everything we needed. We also appreciated the ability to do laundry. All tenants/guests were friendly as well as staff, plus being very welcoming. We would love to visit again and would definitely try to stay here again.

Our stay at Cesar’s place was everything we hoped for and more. Its location on the beach provided us with great views and a great place to walk from the house to the nearby marina and local restaurants. The house was open and comfortable, and fully equipped for cooking meals. Large grocery stores are 15 minutes away in Bucerias, but the Marina was a great source of freshly caught seafood on a daily basis. The expansive yard had sun exposure all day long, and the private pool provided a great way to cool off. The house was a comfortable temperature with minimal need for air conditioning. We rented a car which made it easy to visit nearby Punta Mira, Sayulita and Bucerias. Cedar was an excellent host, checking in with us regularly over our 10 day stay. He provided us with recommendations for local activities and restaurants, and was always available if we had questions. We have stayed in Puerto Vallarta and Bucerias previously, but La Cruz de Huanacaxtle is our new favourite!

Perfect amount of room for 3 couples. The Airbnb is steps from the beach and the private pool is fantastic. We had a few queries that were always responded to and solved in a timely manner. Hope to stay again one day!

Caden’s place was amazing! Absolutely gorgeous, right on a private beach. Extremely clean, safe and quiet. Definitely matched the description and exceeded our expectations. The hosts were absolutely lovely, very friendly and helpful. Walkable to great restaurants. Awesome pool and private beach. This is definitely the best Airbnb we have stayed at and be back!!

It is a quiet Lugar to enjoy a good view and the stay as a family, Alejandro was aware of doubts and was very attentive. I would recommend it

Melissa is the ultimate host! Incredible support and help during our 3 night visit with our 5 year old granddaughter. The house is perfect; spacious and clean. A washer is a big plus. No need to use a dryer. Melissa’s restaurant recommendations didn’t disappoint, Oscar is the best driver and the beach near the house was great. We had a beautiful time. Thank you, Melissa!

an excellent stay, honestly everything was perfect from the house. Unfortunately we were touched by rain but that is foreign to the comfort of the house. Excellent, I plan to return. I recommend going to the beach that is on the left side looking towards the beach, it is a 15 minute trail, it is very nice. I also recommend the breakfast in Rosita 1 that is a few minutes walk. they ask for the ranchera meat. 🍖

The perfect place to relax and enjoy some down time. Punta Negra Beach is one of the nices beaches in the Puerto Vallarta area. Clean, swimmable, and walkable. The condo was just as advertised and we really enjoyed our stay. One restaurant down at the end of the beach with very good food. Bus stop is very close to go into town or you can catch a taxi. Not to far out of the main town, but far enough to be more secluded and quiet. The pool is great and not crowded. The condo is very safe and secure. We are already looking at our options to come back and stay next year, as this has become our favorite beach and the casa was beautiful and well equipped for for making your own meals if you want. Having the washer and dryer is an added bonus. Beautiful Casa and great Host. Thank you Agustin, we look forward to trying to get back next year.

Great place to be at.

Exceeded our expectations. Probably the best Airbnb we've stayed in. We are a family with 5 kids, ages 4 to 11. Nick the property manager and his team were amazing. Anything we needed help with they jumped right on it, from booking a zip line excursion, booking our airport transportation, booking our golf carts, and giving local recommendations. When we checked in, Nick was waiting there for us to help with luggage and getting us familiar with the home. The property itself is also amazing. It's right on the beach with stunning views from the home. Every morning our kids would wake up and go out on the beach. They also loved the pool. The daily cleaning was a plus. Felt completely safe the entire time. Plenty of space for our family of 7.
