Villa vacation rentals in Jaco Beach

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Villa! It was quiet but not far from the main street in Jacó. It does have an open courtyard behind the gate that leads to the rooms so be sure to lock your rooms as you leave for the day even when the gate is locked. Overall I would recommend to friends and family!

Would happily stay here again. House is beautiful and spacious and all as described. Very comfortable and we made good use of small plunge pool. 24 hour guard on duty at gated community made us feel even more secure about leaving possessions at the house while we were out and about. We had four surfers stay here with each having en-suite bedrooms. We mainly surfed Jaco beach which is only 10 minute drive. Surfing at Hermosa beach is right across the street, about 5 minute walk to beach. A few great restaurants within walking distance.

This was a great location. The beach was a short walk from the gated community. There was plenty of room for our family of four. Clean and simple. There was also a pool that our kids enjoyed.

We absolutely lovely this place! Beautiful home in a lovely neighborhood and right on the beach! The house was super spacious and well furnished and the amenities were great as well. Totally recommend this place to anyone staying in Jaco!

We had a great experience at Mike and Pamela’s condo. It was clean, check in was simple, the AC worked well and was cold, it was so nice having a washer and dryer, and they thoughts of things to include and amenities that were really helpful. We really enjoyed the place. The kitchen was clean and well stocked and was nice to have the barstools and island space as well as the built in desk. Having 2 AC units was great and it seemed like they thought of small helpful things like a clothes line for drying swimsuits in the shower and a drying rack outside for beach towels as well as a hose to rinse off your feet. Mike and Pamela were very friendly and responsive. The front gate security staff was great. We didn’t realize the condo was part of larger community and we didn’t end up using the community pool as it was busy most times with young kids. But the area was well kept and felt safe. Would recommend staying here!

Le Quinta Coco de Cristopher est un logement très grand avec de beaux espaces pour ce détendre et profiter de la nature à proximité . La maison peut vraiment accueillir 15 personnes avec des salles de bains suffisantes pour tous. Cristopher est très réactif , suite a un orage , les ampoules grillées ont été changé dès le lendemain . les personnes pour l'entretien de la piscine et du linge sont très sympathiques. La piscine est vraiment un plus , surtout en famille avec les enfants. Merci Cristopher pour votre communication sans avoir eu la chance de vous saluer directement. Je recommande a 100%.

Second time we visit Sabrina's place! Love the big garden and pool area. The location is excellent, just 5 minutes away from Jacó and Herradura beaches. Melissa the host was attentive and friendly. Definitely recommended.

Un lugar muy bonito para varias personas en familia o amigos. Muy limpio y completo. Electrodomésticos nuevos. A 2 km de playa Herradura pero zona muy tranquila y en vehículo es muy rápido.

great place to stay in Jaco. close to everything but it was tricky to locate it first time

After cutting our stay short at the home we had originally booked for our vacation, we were extremely lucky that Matthew's home was available on short notice and once we arrived, we felt like we were in paradise! The grounds are beautiful, the pool is refreshing, and the 2 homes are just the bungalow beachy vibe we had envisioned for our trip. The homes are clean, the main house kitchen is spacious, the beds are comfy, and there was plenty of room for our group of 8 where one family had one house and the other had the second. Not to mention that it's just a short half-block walk down to the beach where you will find beautiful sunsets and plenty of restaurants to choose from. We would definitely recommend this home to anyone traveling to the Jaco area, we wish we could have stayed longer!

I’ve been to CR multiple times in Airbnb. This was by far the best place Ive stayed in. Spectacular house, spacing and little things (good kitchen, pool patio everything)…Katie was a great host, responsive and most importantly a really nice person. Highly recommend 🤙🏼

The view is the star. Overall the place was clean, quick drive to the beach and the host was responsive for consultations. Property facilities are excellent for having a relaxing and fun vacation with the family.

If you go to this part of Costa Rica, this is the booking you need to make! The flora and fauna of Costa Rica come right to your deck and surrounding areas (my wife made a capuchin monkey friend), the view is majestic and the house tastefully decorated. To get around, you’ll need a car as the roads around the house are steeeep. This is a gated property, so be a little patient with the various security checkpoints between the entrance and the house (it’s all to ensure your overall safety). Awesome restaurants with incredible views, like Villa Caletas, Marriott Los Sueños, and the beach town of Jaco, provide all the delicious cuisine and entertainment you’ll need. I strongly recommend this booking!!

I can't say enough good things about our experience. The home was really clean and had all the amenities we could possibly need. From the moment we arrived even with the transportation, we felt right at home. The location was fantastic—just a short walk to the clubs, local attractions and restaurants, yet tucked away enough to enjoy some peace and quiet. Idania and Junior were incredibly responsive and went above and beyond to ensure we had a great stay. They provided excellent recommendations for nearby activities and dining, making our trip even more enjoyable. I highly recommend this place to anyone or a group of friends looking for a central yet cozy and convenient spot. I can't wait to visit again.

The house was amazing, the views were incredible. The host made the stay even more pleasant by recommending things to do in the area,answering any questions we had and helping with scheduling tours in the area. My family and I definitely had a great time

Amazing space to accommodate up to 7/8 people comfortably. The pool and gardens are beautiful and the kitchen is well equipped for cooking meals. The location is convenient to mini-markets, restaurants, and bars in the area. We would definitely stay here again - highly recommended!

This was our favorite stay in Costa Rica. Definitely the most luxury. We appreciated the thoughtful amenities. The little garden seating area was stunning. Pool clean and beautiful. Extremely comfortable beds. We loved the location: close to the beach but quiet. Amazing spot for kids and adults.

The house is directly beside the boutique hotel (but on 2+ acres and very private), so service is easy to access and they are very responsive. It’s also hard to beat the breakfast buffet; get it! The pool is fantastic and cleaned daily, and you can just sit there and enjoy seeing many species of beautiful birds and lizards.
