Vacation rentals with a patio in Jaco Beach

Great location, great host.

Second time we stayed at Gustavo's apt and everything was excellent. Excellent location, safe place. The pool and common areas take a 100.

Comfortable and spacious room, close to beaches and downtown with necessary amenities. No need of keys to enter the building and room, makes it easy to enjoy the trip.

It was great to stay at Sira’s place. I enjoyed walking to Jaco beach 🏖️ it found myself at the beach 🏝️ every morning 6-7am or 7-8am doing fitness on the beach with a local fitness trainer Daniel. It was near Jaco and many quaint places to eat. The house is super safe and beautiful. I loved the garden and extra touches. It felt right at home and would recommend this house to anyone visiting Jaco. Thanks Sira. It’s a beautiful dream beach home and there is lots to do in Jaco and various wonderful grocery stores as well!

The rooms were cozy and amenadies were as good or better than expected. the pool was great for family and having stores and restaurants in walking range was very helpful

Marlene was a fabulous host. She responded to our messages and was very helpful during our stay. The condo was fully equipped with many new kitchen items. The place was very clean and the beds were comfortable. Looking forward to coming back next year.

Positive: views, cleanliness, parking garage, elevator access, gym Negative: Too many shade places by the pool, unstable internet was not possible to play too many interruptions, simple kitchen equipment without a stove and sink.

The place is as described, very comfortable and clean, close to the beach and shops in Jaco. The bed was very comfortable and easily accessible would definitely come back.

The house was spacious with three bedrooms and three bathrooms. It had a big kitchen which was well stocked with everything you needed. The laundry room was very useful. The pool out door area was lovely as was the balcony on the top floor . We really enjoyed our stay and when we had some queries they were answered quickly .

Liana's rental was beautiful in a lovely gated community, noise carries a little but nothing extreme. The house was beautiful, lots of recommendations available. Liana was very responsive, exceptionally kind, patient. We were so grateful to stay here. The beach is about 2 blocks away, great for morning walks. The pool area is perfect. Comfortable. Anyone would be fortunate to stay here

Chris was a great host. Very helpful and responsive. The place was great for our family of 4. The kitchen had all the cutlery and utensils. Chris brought some groceries from their kitchen to help us out. Hollie baked some delicious cupcakes for my family. The place is a little off the beaten path and a little tough to drive to during heavy rains. However, the view from the balcony and the bedrooms is just amazing. We sat there almost all of our time just looking at the jungle, the ocean in the distance, and listening to the sounds of nature surrounding us. My kids loved reading their books in the hammock listening to the birds and the rainfall. This was a great place to unwind and recharge. We went to the beaches and restaurants in town (about 15-30 minutes away), but for the most part we preferred staying at the cabin. My wife and I enjoyed our morning walks on the mountain road seeing the colorful birds fly by. We would love to come back in the future. Thanks Chris and Hollie.

We loved Andrea’s place! It’s exactly as shown in the pictures. It’s very peaceful yet close to a bunch of restaurants, shops and the beach. We felt very safe and enjoyed the privacy. Andrea is a very responsive, friendly host. I can’t recommend her place enough!

Excellent place and safe clean beds very rich kitchen very complete the only thing I would change is the armchairs are not very comfortable but the rest is perfect!!!!!

Great place to stay! We had a view of Jaco Beach from our balcony. This place was modern, safe and walking distance to the beach. Parking was very safe and private. I highly recommend to anyone going to Costa Rica. Anytime we had questions they were very quick to respond.

This place was awesome! We booked this last minute because our original location in Costa Rica was not family friendly and Stephanie accepted our reservation on less than 12 hours notice for a three day stay. When we arrived there was a minor hiccup because the cleaning people hadn’t quite finished, but it wasn’t a problem, we were able to drop off our luggage and head down to the pool while they finished up cleaning. While some people might be upset about this, we were not because the cleaning was immaculate. The rest of our stay, Stephanie was amazing, great communication as well as offered us information about the area and places to eat. If I ever come back to Costa Rica, I will be staying here and I would recommend any family do the same

We stayed at Chantal's house for 3 nights. Clean house, it does have a pool, which is awesome. Close to the beach and city of Jaco. Air conditioning is a bonus. Would stay again.

Mary place was awesome had everything close by in walking distance. Mary was always responsive and proactive with concerns i had. will recommend Mary's place looking forward to visit her place again.

We liked the place, it is a few blocks from the beach, although we prefer to drive to the most remote beaches (they are cleaner and fewer people). The common areas are very nice and the place is very nice. The apartment is quite spacious and has everything you need to make a very pleasant stay.
