Vacation rentals with breakfast in Jacksonville

Heidi was very quick and friendly with her responses. The home was just as described - we found it very cozy and homey. Plenty of appliances and spices/snacks/extras in the kitchen. The fenced in backyard was perfect for our two dogs and we loved that the neighborhood was so quiet, too!

Joseph A was very helpful. Answered all my questions in a timely manner. The home was beautiful and cozy. A nice quiet neighborhhood. Beds at first seemed firm, but we slept great and no back pain. That is always a good sign. Kitchen was spotless and rooms were cozy. Everything we needed was in close riding distance. Minutes to the store. It was everything we expected and beyond. There is nothing negative I could say about the host and his home. Very pleased. Highly recommended. Thank you!

This is the second time my family and I have stayed at Lea's place and it's always a great trip! Place is clean and comfortable. 2 living rooms w/ large smart TVs, large master bedroom with dual walk in closets, and 3 more bedrooms which are good for the family. Kitchen and 2 dining areas provide ample space for a large group. Neighborhood is quiet and comfortable; down the street from a grocery store and several food spots. I went on a walk around the neighborhood a few days and was greeted by the peaceful ducks walking by. 15-20 minutes away from the airport, a golf course, and the Town Center restaurant and entertainment district. Very good spot for the family. Lea was very responsive and accommodating. Will definitely be coming back whenever we're in town!

We enjoyed Natalie’s place for Christmas. It was picture perfect! It has everything you need and more. Cottontail Manor is just as described! The neighborhood is quiet and the house immaculate. Everything we could possibly need was provided and more. We look forward to staying here again. Natalie is a gracious host!

Saki is a very accommodating host. He Is responsive and hands on of you need him. Beautiful house, lots of outdoor space on the water. Our clients loved the home and were very pleased with the customer service. I will be using this home again for future clients. By far a great host and a great house! Thank you Saki!!

This little cozy air bnb was just perfect for the two of us. It was immaculate and just as described. The decorations were so perfect with so many little adorable touches. It was quiet, and very comfortable. It was well situated close to restaurants and stores. Easy to get to Jacksonville university and even the beaches! Daniel and Camy were very responsive and gave great dinner recommendations!

Wonderful and beautiful Airbnb and Absolutely would book again or recommend. This felt like a boutique bread and breakfast. Neighborhood felt safe, I took a post dinner and pre breakfast walk. Lovely architecture - the Airbnb itself and surrounding home. Hope to return !

I loved the place and so did my family (boyfriend and 2 little children). I did tried to keep my son (5year old) from doing loud noises or stumping his autistic and has ADHD I thought I am glad this location was very patient with us thank you for everything would love to come back
