Top Flr View of Slope, Near Gondi /Shuttle, Garage

The place is exactly as described in the listing and all the other reviews. It's easy to check in/out, indoor easy parking, storage. The shuttle picks up right out front (we never used it). It's a short walk to the gondola even in boots w/ skis and easy to get back and forth when you want to go back out for dinner or a real quick walk to the Wild Plum or Burger Bistro. Super comfy beds!

Mountain Home with Decks, Walk to Gondola

Wonderful home for our quick ski vacation. The house was perfect for our 3 families, we loved that we could walk to the base of the mountain. The only complaint we had is that it stated there were 2 garage parking spots, that was not the case. There was a car in the garage (we are assuming it was the owners??) I would update that because that was not what we were expecting. We thought we would be able to have 2 of our cars in the garage.

We loved this condo! The ski in/out slopeside location was ideal, and the locker room was great for storing our ski gear. We used the host’s suggestion for ski rental delivery, and it was smooth and easy. The condo was exactly as described. It was clean, comfortable, nicely decorated and had everything we needed for a weekend with our family. We also loved the shuttle service included with the condo. We used it several times to get downtown or to the village for dinners when we weren’t skiing. The shuttle app was easy to use, and the drivers friendly and helpful. We will definitely stay here again on our next visit to Steamboat.

Cozy Ski in/out Condo - hot tubs, sauna, parking

Amazing place, literally right across the street from the gondola/main base! Hot tub was available with really nice view of the mountains. We cooked dinner and had everything we needed and more and the kitchen was spotlessly clean. Cozy living room with a large tv that we hung out in & cool lofted bedroom. The linens were clean and the bed was very comfortable! Overall, would love to stay again & highly recommend!

Easy as Ski-in-Out/Grt Reviews/No car needed

The condo was extremely cozy and comfortable, in addition to its extraordinary convenient location next to the free bus stop and shopping plaza. It was very easy to get to the ski slopes and downtown by hopping on the bus, and just as easy to walk across the street to stop at the grocery store/liquor store/pet store etc.! We did not at all mind not being downtown/being next to the shopping plaza. The traffic noise was negligible and the views were great! As noted in the listing description by the host, there is ongoing construction nearby, but it did not diminish the coziness of the condo! This was the perfect fit for my partner and I and our dog, although it would also be a nice location and size for two couples. I loved being able to see the ski slopes from the bedroom windows!

Steamboat Springs 2BR/2BA Resort

The unit was great, just as described! Great for skiing, the shuttle picks up right in front of the building. Make sure to say NO to anything timeshare related. Also make sure to ask for free WiFi even if they don’t offer it to you. We asked and they gave it to us right away, no problem.

Sunlight Mt. Lodge, single family home, hot tub!

Fantastic stay at Sunlight Mountain Lodge. Clean, spacious, luxurious. Beautiful view of the mountains. The hosts worked with us for an early check-in. They gave us information about the area and even about a local festival that was going on with fireworks viewable from the patio. Well stocked kitchen with all the essential cookware, plates, utensils. Would stay again if ever in the area. FYI for any future guests, the house is best accessed by car, and there is a 2-car garage. Easy 5 minute drive to town and 10-15 minutes to the ski resort where parking was never an issue. The streets in the neighborhood are well maintained with regard to snow, but there can be some accumulation, and the house is on a hill. We were able to make do through a couple of days of moderate snowfall with a FWD van. Heavy snowfall would have necessitated AWD to get in and out by my judgment.

This condo was amazing! Lots of room for my friends and I in a location that is hard to beat! Domi was incredibly responsive and went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable! It was great to have access to garage parking and the ski locker as you don’t always get those conveniences. Will definitely be back!

Our family of four had a wonderful time in Steamboat. Anne and Emory were amazing communicators. We loved the beautiful space for our little ones. The pool and hot tub were easy to access, and our bluebird day on the mountain (just a short shuttle away!) made our stay just perfect. Cannot recommend enough!

Great place for a couple to visit Steamboat. The ski shuttle was very easy, and the pool and hot tub(s) were a nice bonus. The room had everything we needed and was as advertised. My only complaint is the building heat is very high and even when turning the heat off in the room, we were too warm, but not a deal breaker! Be aware of the timeshare pitch at check in (when picking up your parking pass). They eventually took no for an answer but it was a bit awkward.

This is a terrific place. Anne and Emory were amazing communicators. My only advice for guests is that if you would like to use the kitchen, be sure to bring your own cooking oil, vinegar, salt and pepper, and any other staples or products such as aluminum foil.

Previous 4 star reviews had me question booking! So glad we booked, this was the best value and space we have booked in steamboat! The bus picked us up right outside our building (building 3 for this stay) Host was great w communicating and we booked same day as check in! Thank you for accommodating our last minute trip 😃

Start to finish Ivars was an excellent host. House location was perfect for town and easy drive to ski. Beautiful views. Everything was clean and thought out. Many little details made it extra unique. Beds were warm and soft. We traveled with our 3 kids for Christmas and they had a blast. Plenty of space for all of us. We enjoyed puzzles and games and all the amazing art on display. 10/10 recommend.

Such a perfect place to stay in Steamboat! Walking distance to so many restaurants and a quick drive to the ski resort, plus walking distance to a short off leash walk for our pup. Not to mention how beautiful the house is and fully stocked with everything you could need. Such a gem! Will definitely stay here again for any future Steamboat trip.

We had a great family ski trip in steamboat thanks to this wonderful house and host. The house was perfect for our family to be spread out and have personal space but also come together. We love the style of the house which matched the pictures perfectly. the location was great too. best of all was the view of steamboat Mountain from the living room view.
