This is a very cosy house where you can feel at home. There is a spacious kitchen with everything you need for cooking, a cosy living room and a small bedroom. The house is located in the old town, Nevai gave me detailed instructions on how to get there so it was easy to find. You can get there by car, but I advise you to look out for some car parks nearby beforehand because they are often occupied by other cars in front of the house. The neighbours are quiet and peaceful, no noisy bars or restaurants nearby. I definitely recommend you to stay here if you are going to Ayvalik. And thank you Nevai for the warm hospitality!

Baliclilova, in this luxury villa, my husband and I spent 16 unforgettable days and evenings. The suite was spacious, European style. Full two-room apartment with chic views. It was possible to sit on the terrace for hours and admire the beauty of the views of Turkey. The territory of the villa is very large, with exquisite lap design and lighting. The hosts of Villa Waihap and Eifesh are very nice, educated, sociable and noble people, they created an unforgettable holiday for us. We spoke to them on all topics (via Google translator), traveled together to Urla, Karaburun, Cesme, Alacati. We tasted good Turkish ice cream "Dondurma", we drank fragrant coffee, tea and wine. We made friends with the hosts, we plan to visit them again. Who is tired of the hustle and bustle of the city and is looking for a cozy place for a family vacation with beautiful views, then here. I recommend this villa.

The hosts live downstairs, they took good care of us from check-in to checkout. We were able to get a quick response to our questions. The garden is very well maintained and pleasant. We were able to take advantage of all the facilities in the garden. The house is sparkling clean. We stayed 4 people, but it is a large house, even 6 people can stay comfortably. It is a great advantage to have 2 bathrooms. The only negative is the sound of traffic to the front room when the window is open. A house we would want to stay in again if we go to Urla again.

The apartment we stayed in was really beautiful with its view, my favorite is the sea view and pleasure, let's not forget the pool of course 😉 we had a very comfortable holiday. When we entered the house, we were greeted by a perfectly clean place. It was quite comfortable and just like in the photos. The host guided us through most of the issues and was able to take quick action when a problem occurred. It was definitely a place I would prefer when I came to Izmir again.
