The place is beautiful, bright, well-organized, well-located, and exactly as described. Pierre and David are excellent hosts - communicate all necessary details at length and in advance. I also very much appreciated all the recommendations about places around and tiny details in the apartment that show great attention to detail and care for the guest experience. Fantastic place to stay while in Brussels.

Large windows and high ceilings, plus cleanliness and quiet made this a great place to stay. We were allowed to check in one hour early which was appreciated. The master bedroom mattress is very comfortable. There is a waffle maker in the kitchen which is a fun perk -- if you are traveling with kids and want to get supplies to do an at-home activity, this could be great.

Edwige was flexible on the arrival time and check-out time, it was very accommodating for us. the accommodation is well located. the little extra: the magnificent unobstructed view and the private parking space. In the accommodation there is everything you need to occupy your baby: books, games and all the essentials for childcare which allows you to travel light. sheets, towels, tea towels are also provided. I did not see Edwige at check-in or checkout but the exchanges have always been very responsive via the Airbnb platform. i would definitely recommend Edwige's place.

Will is very helpful and always available. The apartment looks exactly like on pictures, very cozy and clean. Peaceful location very close to different shops, services and some restaurant, also close to the metro.

I stayed at Jefs for a night for a conference at ULB. Amazing Place! Directly next to a supermarket that is open on Sundays. Jef was very helpful, flexible and just a great Guy. Everthing was clean. He even left fruits and smoothies for us. Would recommend!

we couldn't fault Zsolt's place. we felt very at home and the place was perfectly located for our needs. And Zsolt was very helpful. we hope to be back and catch a warmer week-end to take advantage of the pool.

Georgine and her son were fantastic. Very friendly and solicited, they helped us in everything we need, from directions on transport to ideas about activities both in the vicinity and in the rest of the country. The mimic they left for our 4-year-old son was very attentive. The facilities are exactly as described and is perfectly visible in the images they share. Very good bus accesses, close to everything but at the same time very quiet.

We had a lovely time at Zulma's apartment. Tram 7 is only a few minutes' walk away which serves the center of Bruxelle. Many bus lines also. If you want to visit Bruxelle and its surroundings without the hustle and bustle of the center, I recommend Zulma's apartment.

Impeccable apartment in a very good location! Just get out of the apartment and everything is nearby: restaurants, shops, markets… . The apartment is spacious, modern and well heated. Simon is very attentive and responsive, attentive to the well-being of his guests. The apartment is in a very good location, really close to the Grand Place! We're going out and we're already there!

As described. Spacious, lovely place to stay in a decent neighborhood, near the airport. Yes, you can hear the airplanes but it was to no disturbance to me. Walking distance to train & gas station. Clutter free. Would consider staying again.
