Great value for money! Close to the beach, the rooms are nice and the exterior private bath is a great plus. I enjoyed the onsen as well, and the host was very kind and helpful. I would definitely recommend this place.

Mama-San and Papa-San are some of the best people I’ve met. They are very kind and very personable. I felt like I was at home or at my grandparents house. They gave me great recommendations on things to do in the area. They treated us like family. I would go back in a heartbeat. They also have great food

Use for the third time.I had a party with music privately, but since this time, there was also a large speaker in the open air, and I had a satisfying event.Until now, it was only indoors due to weather problems, but I am very satisfied with being able to use the outdoor for the first time.As usual, everyone was kind and helpful.I hope to use it again next year.

Thanks for your hospitality!I used it for my graduation trip with college sync, but I relaxed without worrying about other guests! There is also a BBQ on the nice kitchen terrace, and I am very satisfied! The space like Europe is also very cute and we would definitely stay again!

The guy at the reception could speak english quite well and was really kind. Nice Onsen and nice room.

Great stay. An hour on the bus from Hakone-Yumoto station, then they pick you up at the bus station and drive you to the hotel. Good communication. For diner they drive you to a very good restaurant. Close to Lake Ashi and the Hakone Ropeway. Nice onsen !

This place is magical! Weather permitting you have a great view of Mount Fuji. The Staff is adorable and available to pick you up or take you to public transport stations/ restaurants / conveniance store. We had chosen a Japanese style room: beautiful. As specified in the listing, no bathroom in the bedroom, shared showers in the onsen. As in all onsen, no jersey but we went there twice a day and didn't see anyone. The Onsen is great with it also seen on Fuji. In short, I highly recommend this property 🥰

Beautiful place to stay! A bit far from restaurants and other stores but if you drive it’s no problem.

A great, very nice host family. Maki's breakfast was very tasty and the onsen a great relaxation in the evening. Maki's husband even drove us to the train station on the last day, very nice! A beautiful ryokan!
