The very good house, exactly as in the pictures. The wonderful host, responds on the spot, always worried about tdo. Location is not good, far from tdo.

the house is simple, has a room and a suite with air conditioning and an extra single bed, clean linens, and past, has microwave, stove the pool and wonderful, a quiet, calm and safe environment, has a side of the beach that is wonderful , has a nearby restaurant, fruits and vegetables, pizzeria , and on the way to the beach there is a market , the weekend was great, and I will rent again the next time .

For those who like a lot of calm The place is perfect, we had days with 95% of sunshine if it had been raining I would have missed a centrifuge 😁 the very helpful staff had some problems but they helped us and resolved with accuracy. we found a little far from the center but nothing that prevented us going there every day😅😅. Wonderful perfect days will soon return. thank you for all God blessings. 🙏🏻

We had a wonderful stay in this apartment! The cleaning was impeccable, which made all the difference. The beach view is simply stunning, providing relaxing moments. The comfort of the apartment is excellent, with comfortable beds and showers with great water flow. The owners were extremely attentive and understanding, especially in the face of an unforeseen event we had on the road. Pedro has always been available for any questions. The location is great, with easy access to everything and the beach right there. The apartment is secure and the neighborhood is very quiet. Once again the stay was impeccable. the apt is the same as the photos, everything very clean and organized, this is the second time I have stayed with Grazi and recommend it and will be back for sure. We really feel at home. Localization is perfect, close to everything, supermarket (tip, there is one that is next to the Shopping Mall, very good price), has pharmacies, bars, restaurant, bowling, boardwalk and kiosk (tip, there's the Brahma shop almost at the end of the promenade on the right, good price until eating). You can do everything by walk! You can choose to go to Brava beach (to the left of the stones, it is more peaceful in relation to the muvuca of people) the on the right side gives more people, there are the stages of show and activities. For those who like calm beach there is Mansa (in this case you have to drive, on average 3 minutes). Na mansa has the girls kiosk (the first of the tip) with churros and pastel with great price (recommend) and for those who like tours there have a caíque and plank and the beach looks like a swimming pool with a wave. For the second year we stayed in Amarildo's apartment, and we were extremely satisfied, my family and I, their space is getting better and better, new furniture, air in the two rooms which gave us even more quality in the stay, the environment is always very clean and airy, for sure next year we will be there again, remembering that Maristela who welcomed us is very sweet and kind. We very much enjoy your stay! The apartment is in line with what is advertised, all very clean and well taken care of. It is worth the care of those who come by bus: the keys are removed in another place, but all are flexible and there is the possibility of asking to take them to you. The location is great, easy access to the beach and the city center. Host was very receptive, responds quickly and always requests to resolve any unforeseen! The apartment provides some clothes, but it is worth taking yours, too, the apartment is complete, it has everything it needs. We love and intend to return soon.

The Condominium is spectacular, just as you can see in the publication. I recommend it for families As for Carlos and Sonia, they welcomed us very well, always predisposed and attentive to everything we needed. Even Carlos gave us an electric pava that did not exist in the apartment, I send us a new one!!! Very happy with the attention and predisposition he always had.

Leandro is a great host, cordial and attentive, returns contacts quickly. The apartment is very well located, comfortable and spacious. It's also very well equipped. It is not necessary to bring anything but personal items, beach towels, food and drinks (the apartment already has a water cooler filter, which helps a lot and surprised us, as it was not in the description). The configuration of the rooms comfortably accommodates 8 people (3 bedrooms with double bed and 1 bedroom with two single beds). Anyway, it was a very enjoyable stay! We recommend it!
