Cozy, smellsy and well organized apartment! Diego is a super attentive and kind host, as we arrived in the city before. It has everything we need close to the apt, restaurants, market and pharmacy. We have incredible days!! Super recommend!!!!

Olavo's apartment is excellent, in a privileged location of Itapema, close to beach and several shops. New and complete apartment. It was a great stay on New Year's Eve.

The apartment is just as described, it has a fully-equipped kitchen, it is comfortable, clean, smells good and has all the published amenities. It had cleaning items and everything you need to use on the beach, chairs, cart, sand bag, tarp and umbrellas. The garage and the building are very safe. The entire surrounding area is safe to walk around in peacefully. Aglaé is a beautiful person, super attentive to any need you may have. 100% recommended. We will definitely be back.

Great flat, many amenities, picina, game room, delay, everything according to the photos, well located, great for family and our pet, near the beach, restaurants. The host very good, helpful people, always asking if it was okay, thank you so much. I recommend and hope to return more often.

Sidney gave a suite of his ksa, it was different from td q had experimented with accommodations, however, it surprised expectations.

The place exceeded our expectations! Very clean, comfortable, organized and with a great infrastructure to welcome my family, including our one-year-old baby – the crib was an important differential. The host was extremely attentive, both Naza and Lisandra treated us very well. We like the space a lot, the building is beautiful and well structured. We will definitely come back more often!

Excellent lodging, just like the description and images, the condominium is very comfortable and organized, both Lenin and his in-laws (who received us at the apê for the delivery of the keys) are very attentive and friendly, we love our stay at the Garden Village, we hope to return soon.

It was a pleasure to be on vacation in that apartment. The facilities are very comfortable, very spacious and very clean. The manager Sirley received us very politely and I explain everything clearly, we even had an inconvenience with the kitchen (because we did not know how to handle it) and she told us how to solve it. We adore the apartment, was consistent with the photos that are posted. It was our first experience here and I highly recommend the property. Lilian is very kind and dear, she has served us very well. Our stay was wonderful. The building is familiar and the people we found there were respectful and helpful. The surroundings are great, with many fun options, as well as being close to the supermarket, pharmacies and convenience stores.

We spent almost 40 minutes to unload our car, of so much difficulty we had in the elevator. Everything was very good, the only problem was the discomfort with the elevators, we had to wait a long time to go up or down, when the other guests stopped at us were arrogant, we had trouble getting up with the bags because of that! Getting that off, everything was really good, we liked it a lot and we would come back!
