Such a beautiful apartment with a stunning view. Light, airy, spacious and tastefully decorated. Little touches made it feel homely. Perfect location - a short walk from the iconic coliseum, beautiful restaurants, bars, shops and a gorgeous view of the sea. Tanja was so helpful and flexible with an early check-in.

The apartment is in a good location, many restaurants and sightseeing within walking distance. The host was very helpful with pointing out good places to get food. Overall a very good option if someone is looking for a vacation stay in Split.

Very nice and comfortable place, very central, parking near the house. The area is full of places where you can eat and where you can have an aperitif even outdoors, thanks to the heating systems. Our Host, Eleonora, was a pleasant discovery, as a very helpful and kind person, always ready to respond to our requests. I highly recommend this place for your stay in Trieste.

really nice stay in this house - the space is huge and well laid out, as well as well appointed. This may be the best AirBnB kitchen I have used in terms of size, amenities and all the things you could think of in a kitchen. Comfortable beds and nice heating in the winter

Wonderful stay! Martina communicated with us before we arrived and met us on arrival. So nice! We got a bigger apartment than we had booked. What a location above Lovran for the great house, and what a garden! Quiet and peaceful. Very nice host family. We met 3 generations. Last night Martina brought us homemade apple cake. We can recommend this place! We would gladly come again!

Our stay with Ales was very pleasant. The accommodation is clean, you have everything you need in the amenities. The surrounding area is very nice quiet and cozy. We loved the house with the location right on the sea. Thank you!

Lovely quiet place. Well-equipped kitchen. Very close to pool area, perfect with small children. Quick response from host with questions. Great view from large terrace. The internet was a bit off, so for any work, the net is too weak. All in all, a great experience at Iztok's place.

We had a wonderful holiday in Croatia It should be said to Nicole's apartment that it is very clean and tidy. It is equipped with everything you could could ever need and you feel comfortable. From there, many attractions are well reached by car. It is also very quiet. But you have to say that the pictures are a bit confusing. I would recommend booking this apartment for two at most. All in all we were very satisfied. Nicole is a friendly and helpful host and we will be happy to come back :)

We stayed in Fabian's apartment for the 2nd and 3rd week of September. It is exactly as described, with attention to the details. We were also allowed to look at the other apartments. Really nicer than the other. Fabian is super kind and accommodating. When the weather was bad, he sent us an alternative program right away. The location is great. To the beach and the small town not far. It's a bit uphill home, but you can do that. We would come back anytime. Warmly, Susanne and Johannes.

Good location for trips to Muggia or Trieste or Slovenia…. Nice room - we only waived because there is currently a construction site in front of the door Susanna is a great host and responded very kindly and understandingly to our last-minute cancellation. Highly recommended without construction site!

The host was very thoughtful and friendly. The house is very spacious great to enjoy with friends or family.

We stayed at the "La Finca" for 8 days in the fall. The house is extremely clean and well maintained throughout (a big compliment to the housekeeper!). As you can see on the pictures, the furniture and the general furnishings are rustic and a little older, but the cleanliness convinced us very much. The pool outside was heated to 28 degrees, so we could go swimming every day and even in the evening despite the low outside temperature. The sauna is top. The hot tub is also a nice to have, for the price also fine. Unfortunately, we quickly realized that it is very sensitive. Although we thoroughly showered before use, the filter is always clogged, so the housekeeper had to come to clean and refill everything. Here it would certainly make sense to invest in a higher quality hot tub. Despite everything, Ivan responded very quickly and kindly to every question or ambiguity. We would definitely return!

We’ve stayed as a family of 4 and our dog in Alen’s house. The house itself and Puntera are very cozy and peaceful. You will find everything that you need in the house - great kitchen and bathrooms, own backyard with parking place. And since we were on a car, the location worked perfectly for us. It’s quite close to everything and felt very comfortable on return after all-day driving through Istria beaches and surroundings. Alen and Manuela are very friendly, give us recommendations and advise things when we’ve asked for. All in all it’s a great place to stay for a family and I would definitely love to return again.

A beautiful house where nothing was missing. Very quiet location, but good starting point for all activities. Very good communication with host, quick responses and helpful tips!

Host was super nice. Always ready to provide information or assistance. There were good tips on excursions, restaurants, and attractions . to welcome you a nice plate with ham and cheese, wine and bread. The property is ideal to live in with dogs, a small market within walking distance. All in all a good place to relax perfectly

The villa is amazing! Ultra modern architecture, clean, amazing amenities and beautiful location. The service however has to be worked on. You can see that the owner is not involved and in general lacks a bit of hospitality experience. A five star establishment with a three star service. Why? One toilet paper per toilet, only 2 washing machine capsules given, no extra garbage bags, no garbage bags in toilets. We paid 500 eur for cleaning but were told we need to clean after us (of course you would do that, and take out the trash - that is expected and normal) and leave everything as found, including taking off all bed linen, towels and putting them downstairs for cleaning. The garbage bins were left outside 100 m from the house and we were told to put them back in ourselves. The gardener appeared one day out of the blue and entered the property without ringing or knocking the door or without previously informing us that they are coming.

Great house, cozy and comfortable. The area where the house is located is not big and the only downside (looks deserted). There are no more drawbacks. I advise you to stay here to explore the neighboring cities in Slovenia and Croatia

Amazing house and terrain. It met every expectation. The host was super friendly, helpful and always available. Great for for bigger groups that like relaxtion and activation, wether you’re young or old.
